"Still runs like new after 135000. I hope it lasts forever!
I wish they still made this exact model. I'd buy another one in a second. We bought a 2012 Corolla because we loved our 2007 so much but they can't compare. Everything is worse on the 2012. Worse gas mileage, not the power of the 2007 & not nearly as fun to drive."
Pros: "Economical, fairly roomy for a sub-compact car"
Cons: "front rotors/pads seemed to wear out easily"

"Very reliable car - if you maintain it (oil changes, fluid changes, etc.). I owned this car for 11 years and had no major problems with it. It also had a good trade-in value as Toyota does not depreciate as fast as other makes out there. This was my trusted and reliable friend."
"I'm actually doing this review for my dads 05 Le Corolla automatic because it deserves justice. Besides regular maintenance and a battery switch, he has had 0 problems with this car. 0 . And that's at 225,477 miles!!! Yes it's kinda bland, the styling could be better, and the inside is somewhat generic. But, if you're looking for a car that is reliable no matter what, this is the car. Fantastic mpg, 35+. I grew up in Toyotas, and I still believe they are the best. Go Toyota !"
Pros: "Low upkeep, great mpg, great price, reliable"
Cons: "basic, small interior"

"Bought this car brand new from the dealer June 2006 with 6 miles on it. I'd put 100k miles on it by January 2010. It's now at almost 196k miles and we've done routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, fuses, lights) and it's still going strong. The engine light recently came on, but that's the recall from the airbags that was announced this year. All in all, I would buy this car over again. It got 38-41 mpg in the beginning, but now gets 32-34 mpg (manual transmission). Can't say enough about how much I love this car. Just bought a 2014 corolla and hope it's as dependable."
