I own this car - My approximate mileage is 96,000
overall rating 8 of 10rating detailsPros: "drive, handling, comfort"
Cons: "cracked paint, batteries."
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"batteries died too quickly and paint started peeling after 6 years. Sometimes car wants to accelerate while my foot's on brake, but never sudden acceleration. Car came with bulky mats, but we bought new ones over time, no problems there. AND THAT'S ALL THE COMPLAINTS I HAVE. This car is a beauty and I feel so glad that I bought it. My next car will probably be a Corolla also, but that's down the road. Finally have learned to appreciate what I have now."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 86,000
overall rating 10 of 10rating detailsPros: "reliable, dependable, functional."
Cons: "CD player has given me some trouble."
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I love my Toyota Corolla. It has been a very reliable car for me. I live in town and work is less than 4 miles from my home so I do not have to put a lot of miles on my car. I purchased my 2005 Corolla in October of 2004 and only have about 86,000 miles on it. However, it has been very reliable and I have been happy with EVERY Toyota I have purchased. In fact, my first car was a Toyota (purchased at the age of 17). I'm now 40 years old and I have owned four Toyota vehicles since that time! I plan to drive this car as long as I can. My first Toyota was a Celica and had 179,000 miles when I purchased it. I drove it while in high school. Sold it to another person who transferred the engine to a truck and drove it for untold number of miles after that. The car probably had 300,000 miles or more on the engine. I have had very good experiences with Toyota. Love them! Overall, these automobiles are very reliable and dependable. I have had very good experiences with this brand and I plan to remain a loyal Toyota customer."

I owned and sold this car
Reason: Insurance payoff following accident in whiche the car was totalled. - My approximate mileage is 144,000
Pros: "Very reliable, goes and goes."
Cons: "Road noise. Some AC inconsistency."
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9
"I bought this car used in 2008 with 27,000 miles on it, and ran it up to 144,000 though five years of highway rush hour traffic, country roads, city streets and several long trips. Through all of that the repair costs were minimal. The only real troublesome concern wat that the the AC was inconsistent in the last few years. It could have been fixed, but my brother-in-law mechanic devised an inexpensive work around for it. I believe it would have gone way past 200,000 miles with ease, if it had not been for a rush hour accident in which the front end was severely damaged and the air bags deployed. I came out uninjured, a testiment to the the safety conscious design. At ten years old I feared the worst when it came to insurance claims, however it had held it's value enough to produce a very, very fair pay out. In looking for a "new" used car, I went first for another Corolla, but sadly did not like the later models as well, so I got a Ford Focus instead. But I would definately recommmed the 2003 version of the Corolla."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 200,185
overall rating 10 of 10rating detailsPros: "reliable, inexpensive to own and operate."
Cons: "better grade exterior paint."
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9
"Over my lifetime (66 yrs.)I have purchased 5 new vehicles. This Corolla has been the most safe, reliable one out of the 5. With normal maintance and driving performance, it has never left me stranded. Normal repairs, when needed, have been quick and in-expensive. Due to the reliablity factor, I would trade for another Corolla."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 60,000
overall rating 10 of 10rating detailsPros: "If taken care of,it could go another 150,000 miles"
Cons: "It doesn't handle the bumps, perhaps needs shocks"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"It's a great car. I just put new tires on it. Bought it in 2002 and only has 60,000 miles on it. With a good waxing, it would look like new inside and out."
