I own this car - My approximate mileage is 163,000
overall rating 10 of 10rating detailsPros: "Purchase Price, Gas Mileage, Durable...."
Cons: "Minimal leg room on 3rd row seat."
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I bought my XL7 7 years ago when we were foster parents to replace our Suburban. I haven't regretted this purchase at all! I have put 163k miles on it and haven't had one problem with it. The only downer is the 3rd seat foot room is minimal but perfect for extra car seats. I am looking to downsize now that my children are older. My Suzuki XL7 has been the best car I have owned in my 30 years of driving."

"Have had two other Suzuki's before this one. Still have the Samurai. Had to buy larger vehicle for family so traded in four door Sidekick, both very reliable. This XL-7 has third row seating. Take it with five people and loaded with luggage and tools on back hitch to California every spring getting 18 mpg average."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 185,000
overall rating 10 of 10rating detailsPros: "I own one"
Cons: "I can't find another one"

"I would buy this car/SUV again in a heartbeat. It's been absolutely A1 5 Star in our book. The truck like 4WD system is especially attractive to us. They always have to screw something good up! The engine even has a real chain instead of a rubber serpentine belt! We have a little over 185,000 miles on ours and maintain it quite regularly and it has been virtually trouble free. It still has the original exhaust on it, no rust and still drives great! It has zip too.. when you need power, it's there. Suzuki, give me back the realistic car/SUV you used to make."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 130,228

Cons: "gas mileage OEM replacement parts"

"this is a fantastic vehicle. I have 1, been in 2 accidents (not my fault) and the other vehicles that hit me lost. this car drives and runs like a dream. I replaced the stereo because it went out, added a few things and wow. Sound does not escape well so I am deaf! Keeping the maintenance up on this car will keep it around for 200K+ miles. When this car dies I am going to get another one. I might do so before it comes close. Cars need to last as long as these do. Most just don't last over 100K miles."
