I own this car - My approximate mileage is 101,323
overall rating 8 of 10rating detailsPros: "handles great at 100mph. great car for great price"
Cons: "not much room for back seat riders."

"I purchased this car new. I have driven it in Europe and it held up well on the roads and drove well at higher speeds authorized there. I did not need much service work on the vehicle for the first 3 years. The last 3 years I have had regular maintence, had to have the front coils replaced as well as the sway bar link. I have had a few other misc items done to the vehicle, but I do as much preventative matenience as I can. I have plenty of room in the driver and passenger areas, I love my Saab and will do everything I can to keep it for as long as I can. Take care of your Saab and it will take care of you. All I wish is the emblems stayed on it!!!"

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 150,000
overall rating 9 of 10rating detailsPros: "price, fun to drive, build quality, functions"
Cons: "parts cost, availability of parts, resale value"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9
"i've owned this car for a few months now and i have to say this car is a great vehicle. i live in florida so i have my top down at least 5 times a week. i do my own maintenance so its not too expensive to maintain, car is super reliable even with 150k+ miles, no cel's or troubles of any kind, the cons of this car is the resale value, and the availability of parts ex- a hose broke 3 months ago and if ordered at the dealer it would have taken 5-8 weeks to arrive ( a $19 part), i had to manufacture it myself.other than that i recommend this car"

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 47,500
overall rating 9 of 10rating detailsPros: "Driver's dream"
Cons: "Expense of dealer repair"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9
"Quietest and best engineered convertible. Real rear seat and trunk. Carry on a normal conversation at highway speeds with the top down and windows up. Designed for drop top cruising and cooler weather. Great in the snow. Beautiful styling, turns Beemer and Caddy heads regularly. Windscreen accessory keeps the ladies' hair in place. Saab engineering detail is amazing. 4 cyl turbo performs like a V8. High upper 20s mpg on highway. Mid 20s mpg in town. Easy to work on. Pure pleasure to drive."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 31,000
overall rating 8 of 10rating detailsPros: "Value, fit and finish, fun to drive"
Cons: "cost of maintanance, soft performance handling"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 8
"With Saab restructuring their finances you can pick up a 9-3 with low miles at a very low cost and have a zippy luxury vehicle for a fraction of the cost of an A4 or BMW 3-series. My experience has been that while costs for up keep and repair can be more than modest, visits to the mechanic are few and far between. Gas mileage in a 2.8L Turbocharged engine has been excellent and the car is very fun to drive."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 66,000
overall rating 9 of 10rating detailsPros: "Fast, fuel efficient, nice interior, good looking"
Cons: "Back seat leg room a tad tight, but not that bad."
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I have had my Saab for over a year and have not had the first problem. It drives and handles very well and is really fun to drive. Everything from the steering , suspension , and braking has that tight European feel. The best part is the price. These are are very undervalued cars and after having mine I will definitely buy another after this one."
