This latest Cayenne is much more Porsche-like in translating driver input into action versus its first-generation predecessor. With the ability to leap from 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds and a top speed of over 172 mph, the Cayenne Turbo sets the benchmark for performance SUVs.
