WORST THING I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 181,000

Pros: "Looks pretty but looks dont get you around."

Cons: "I am completly stranded an no moremoney."

"Upon test drive. Really nice. I drove it for 3 days and it quit running. We have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, pressure regulator, relays,starter,battery, and have checked and rechecked everything to do with the fuel and starting system. Still will not start. I paid $2100.00 it had 181K and looked beautiful. Found out heads had been pulled and had been wrecked. Have been and still am stranded. I have put an extra $800.00 into it. I am so broke now after putting every single dime I had saved into it. What do I do? Cant sell it cant trade it and still it wont start. This is the worst thing that has ever happened. Can anyone help here? It would be appreciated."

great family vehicle

I owned and sold this car
Reason: upgraded to a newer year Montana - My approximate mileage is 195,000

Pros: "fun and sporty to drive and travel"

Cons: "rusts out under sliding doors"

"I have owned this 1997 Pontiac Transport Montana for over 8 years(bought it from an elderly family friend)at 59,000 miles. I have traveled cross country with it for many family and sporting events and have really enjoyed owning this vehicle. I recently purchased a 2005 model and am happy with it so far. I hope to continue to purchase another one when I need to upgrade the newer one."

We Love our van!

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 191,000

Pros: "great drive, comfortable, reliable"

Cons: "some things stopped working,ie air compressor"

"The van has been a beloved part of our family since we bought it used in 2002.It has been the most reliable family vehicle and we highly recommend it to anyone! Some of the features like air compressor and temperature/mileage/compass stopped displaying."

This vehicle is very good in town or out town .

Pros: "3,500"

Cons: "yes do have cup holders"

"Its a 8 passengers , it has controllin front and back . The inside is fair condition and the outside in good condition . It has 150020 miles on it . Never been wrecked i kept it in the garage for years . It has am/fm cd player ."

Great Van

Pros: "motor very responsive, smooth, roomy, good mpg"

Cons: "no stow n go, cluster no voltage meter for batt."

"Have not owned the van very long but am already impressed with. montana pkg.Bought it with 148k, had do a few repairs, sway bar links, tie rod ends, pcv valve,serpentine belt and the tensioner pulley, less than $300(did work myself), all basic maintenance that probably will need to be done at this age anyway, but other than that its a great vehicle, no leaks whatsoever, i know there alot of reviews trashing on their tranny's but this one's is great, i think its all on how you drive and take care of it, change the fluid people!"

Very Reliable, a couple of Issues

Pros: "reliable, roomy"

Cons: "not too pretty"

"I have owned this car for a couple of years, and the mileage is low. It's a really good car, very reliable with a couple of issues. The windshield wipers and the power door are sometimes a problem, but other than that, I think this car is an absolute trooper!"
