Pros: "it is quick/fun to drive, very roomy, good looking"

"I really love my 2005 grand prix GT. The interior is roomy and very comfortable. I am a huge fan of the cockpit interior. I am 6"2 and 300 lbs and I have plenty of room. In most cars I simply slide the seat all the way back and am still somewhere between quite cramped and semi comfortable. In this car, I need only set the seat back 80-90% to be comfortable. The unique torque to horsepower is awesome, It is no super car but it is very quick and has a nice sporty feel in a bigger semi sporty car. Gas mileage is a huge plus, I average 25 or so combined being easy on it. If i ride it hard it can creep down closer to 20mpg but if i baby it, I can achieve 27 or so even over the course of 500+ miles of combined city and highway driving."

"Great car and great power. We bought this car used as a 3rd car for our teenagers but after driving it we decided it had too much power and too much "get up and go" for them so I drive it. Love this car, love the V6 3.8L motor. Minor repairs and upkeep only. I am so sorry they don't make these cars anymore. I have test driven several newer cars with less miles thinking I wanted a newer one but nothing compares and I will drive this one into the ground! If you are lucky enough to find one snatch it up!"

Parked in front of our house on a hot summer day.

"My wife chose this car for me back in October of 2008. We live in Rural Nevada and to get anywhere from where we live, there is A LOT of driving. I have many dr. appts. that are almost 200 miles away from where we live and I can NOT speak HIGHLY enough about this car. It's reliable, dependable, gets excellent mileage and has been the BEST car I've ever owned. I LOVE it."

"I purchased this car new and I have been very happy with it. The wide trac suspension makes this car one of the best handling and cornering cars out there. It has a sporty look yet it has tons of room and makes a great family car. This will make my 4th Grand Prix I have owned and the prior 3 had over 200,000 miles on them when I upgraded."

Pros: "Very reliable vehicle"

"I bought this car used that already had 80k miles on it. I've taken this car absolutely everywhere from a few gravel roads to Kansas City and St. Louis and have never had any problems with it! It drives very well and, in my opinion, is a very well built vehicle. Granted, there isn't much as far as features that are "stand out", but the car does what it was designed to do: get you from Point A to Point B. I understand that Pontiac is out of business, but they left with a bang!"
