Pros: "Gas mileage, starts right up @-50, Smooth Ride"

Cons: "Cheap parts under hood-gaskests, cooling elbows"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 8

"I bought mine in 07 as a cert. rental return, transmission failed about 5K after purchase most likely someone was beating on the vehicle before I purchased it, covered under warranty at 38K never a problem since! REPLACE THE COOLING ELBOWS WITH THE ALUMINUM AFTER MARKET ONE FOR WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY. had ton of issues around 100K after plastic ones replaced at 115K not a problem since. does seem to have some cheaper quality parts like power steering pump/Rack ends and plastic cooling elbows ect. needs a bit of maintenance but if you keep up with regular things it's a great car. had a wheel bearing and power steering pump go out a bit early but that's the cost of not knowing how it was driven/treated before you. hit a neglected part of a road where a bridge met and it bet the power steering rack, shouldn't have done that in my opinion but yet the road also typically isn't sunk down a couple inches and uneven pavement above that, a bit cheaply designed. The 3.8 motor is amazing but intake gaskets are cheaply designed to fail (upgrade to metal/rubber ones and fix when they/if they leak another one of them "cheap parts"), not a complaint other than that for the motor! don't beat on it, use good oil (I use mobile 1 advanced synthetic oil) and upgrade the cheaper things i described and you'll have not an issue than regular maintenance! city is low-20mpg to mid 20's depending on stop an go ect. highway is anywhere from 27-34 depending on road weather and quality of gas used! My only complaint is the "evaporative system" not sure it's purpose but to fail an kick on the engine light, does not affect gas mileage or functioning of anything on the car. (it supposedly sits on top of the gas tanks, kick on check engine light and can't use remote start when check engine light in on! cheap part but labor intensive!) that's on my list to fix. The heated leather is amazing Moon roof is nice, never a problem with it. should've been a little cheaper brand new in my opinion, but Overall the best vehicle I've owned! Treat it right do the upgrades don't use cheap oil gas an parts and you'll have an amazing vehicle that keeps on going, the key is proper consistent maintenance!"

I just bought this...In love...

Pros: "32 mpg hwy, design, features and HUD"

Cons: "None"

"32 mpg hwy on trips is phenomenal for large mid size car with fold down RR and Frt seats to carry long objects inside car thru trunk. Can open trunk from inside LT DR Switch. Has Heads up display for speedometer. After 10 years I never get tired of this car and the design inside and out is timeless."

Pros: "Great looking car, drives pretty nicely."

Cons: "Breaks down often, not so good MPG."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 4

"I like the look of this car and the interior is great. The car has constantly broke down however and I have put over $2,000 in repairs into the car and I have owned it for about one year. I have had to replace the heat twice, a window wouldn't roll up, both wheel bearings needed replaced, the transmission catches from time to time etc. The car does have decent power but the mpg also is terrible."

"Have never owned a car that I've enjoyed more. Saftey features were a big selling point, then I test drove the car for thirty minutes in city and highway conditions, sold me on the spot. Not paying attention on trip from Ft. Campbell to Orlando, state trooper clocked me doing 132.7mph at 2:47am in Georgia, was lucky he was also a Airborne veteran. My car is equiped with a 3.8/ V-6 w/super charger"

Papa's little helper washing Grams car!

"It looks great; is affordable; routine maintenance is a no-brainer because the car tells you when to do it. Never had any major issues with the car, for the most part, the only time it was in the shop was for normal wear - n - tear issues. The only complaint I have is with the issues with the front end (wheel bearings, Ty rods, drive shafts, alignments, etc.). Might be problems with how FWD is designed. Otherwise, excellent car!"
