I own this car - My approximate mileage is 92,000
overall rating 1 of 10rating detailsLikely to recommend this car? (1-10): 1
"I've owned this car for several years and have had numerous mechanical problems. This car is not reliable and I'd never purchase another Pontiac. It is terribly difficult to put anything large in the trunk and is not comfortable to ride in."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 105,890
overall rating 3 of 10rating detailsPros: "Safe, good looks"
Cons: "Not reliable, high repair costs, dragging"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 1
"This car is very good in looks but honestly is a mess to drive. Started it with a punchy gas pedal which was nice, very very nice sound system and really can take a pounding. Has taken accidents and snow like a beast while leaving me very safe. (its actually nicknamed the beast because its ability to get through any weather and accident safely and very little damage if any) Downside once it hit 50,000 it was downhill from there. It seems to feel very heavy and dragging when driving and stopping quickly will not happen. gas pedal cannot achieve punchy throttle, takes a long time and a heavy foot to gain speed and it can no longer be safely driven on the highway. So many things are falling off of it now and going wrong. And I took darn good care of this car but now I can't keep up with the damage. The CD player has a hard time reading CDs, screen is burning out, the blinker makes a horrible clicking sound all the time even after replacing the fuse and when it's not engaged. and even I cannot even count the amount of replacements and repairs I've had on this car. It's a good first car because of it's safety but honestly I wouldn't look to this car for fun driving."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 155,000
overall rating 5 of 10rating detailsPros: "Smooth ride"
Cons: "Window clips break, breaks ware down quick"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 5
"This vehicle does great. Except the windows. They have a plastic clip that keeps the windows from falling. It breaks all the time. Especially when it was winter. It kept breaking every other week. And the breaks. I'm a great driver, i don't step on the breaks hard or drive insane. Therefore i don't understand how every 6 months i have to keep changing the breaks. But, overall it is a good job. Gets the job done."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 120,000
overall rating 9 of 10rating detailsPros: "Looks, quality, sound system, ride"
Cons: "Too trivial to mention"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"Bought it based on looks, US made, and fact it was in a chase scene in Lethal Weapon 4. Has always been a great ride, few repairs, the only expensive ones as expected in any old car for parts that wear out at 100K or later. Incredible sound system, per me as validated by a recent borrower. Excellent cockpit. Holds a lot in trunk with back seats down. No outer body problems (other than what girlfriend caused). Only bad things are (1) cup holders in front of auto shifter are inconvenient and I've pinched my fingers a few times with certain cups there, (2) girlfriend has gotten chomped by the uber-heavy US-weight passenger side door, and (3) minor plastic things have fallen off over the years, like the rear-view window (cheap fix), front visor mirror, and something in the back I can't even remember."
