"This car was great when i bought it at around 117000 miles. A month later it had been nothing but trouble. Cue the no start issues. I have taken this car to so many places and people can't find the problem. No more pontiac for me."

"No mechanical repairs needed up to date. Tires, rotors and breaks are the only things needing replaced regularly. Oil changes have been kept up with for the life of the car. Just replaced power steering lines and gas lines, fisrt time, since car was purchased new in 2004."

Pros: "Very zippy, holds the road good, cute car."

Cons: "The fuel pumps probably went out sooner than like."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"I bought this car with approx 32,000 miles. It now has well over 220,000. Yep! 220 Thousand miles and still is running solid! I bought this car and was Certified Pre-Owned but I still paid the extra money for the extended warranty but NEVER USED the warranty. It is an amazingly good car. The motor and transmission are still strong. I switched to full synthetic mobil 1 oil in it after I bought it and this car still has zero leaks. The only things I have repaired on this has been the general maintenance and a fuel pump. The fuel pump in GM cars seem to not be the best. This car has been used, and used a lot and still mechanically strong. I hope to get over 300k out of it just to prove to my husband that toyota isn't the only vehicles that can run for that long without major money being put in it. GO Pontiac GT!!!"

Cons: "Have no complaints"

"I have owned this car for 2 years and it has been one of the best vehicles I have owned in the past 37 years. It's reliable, low maintenance and handles well in all weather conditions. Except for normal wear and tear maintenance I have only had to replace the thermostat housing due to it getting a crack in it."

Love it

"This is the best vehicle I ever owned. Sporty look, comfortable and fun to drive. Too bad Pontiac isn't around anymore to make the Grand Am. I'd buy another one in a second!"
