Pros: "Awesome to drive, cornering, mileage is great"

Cons: "none"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"I disagree with the price Kelly Blue book gives my Firebird TransAm WS-6 special edition package.. No selections in the KBB list for the HEARST drive train package or the WS-6 high performance and suspension package or the full leather interior or the 12 disc CD changer package etc.. Additionally, I have one of the very last ones built in 2002, a collectors edition. And the $15,000 price KBB puts on the quote is just not realistic, especially for pristine not made any more vehicles. As for the car, there is no other like it. From the body conforming seats to the power output to the amenities like subdued internal stock LED lighting, this car is awesome. And driving it is second to none.."

Pros: "cool"

Cons: "not the best car in the world"

"I bought this car with 91k miles on it and it is awesome. fast and turns heads, when in this shape it runs ok. love the sound and feel. i love it but i got to say not the most reliable car ever, it has left me stranded a time or too. plus not very easy to get in/out of and storage space is a joke, i always put groceries in the backseat because the little trunk is already filled with essentials. fuel tank is tiny and i cant tell exactly how much is in there because there is no heads up light and the guage is dysfunctional. and: NOT a winter car. no sir. still sexy"

Pros: "The last of the great muscle cars."

Cons: "None."

"Still an incredibly fun, fast, responsive car. While I have a 2013 Challenger, it stays in the driveway. The Trans-Am is in the garage. And that's how it should be. Other than the A/C compressor, all original. The dealer had literally just gotten this car in so I was able to break it in myself which so far guarantees long life in my cars. This one is and always has been a keeper."

"This has been a great car. ALWAYS starts! Gets 22 miles to the gallon. Pretty to look at and great lines. Has stayed in very good condition without any major repairs. The engine is beautiful! Love the sound of that power. Little hard to get in and out of, but, i'm getting older, lol! Overall, has been a great vehicle."

"For the money, this is an amazing car. The LS1 motor is bullet proof. Reliable and fast. Handling is really good too. Surprisingly good gas mileage."

Pros: "Too many"

Cons: "Wish I had the T-Tops"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"Absolutely amazing car, even with just the v6 it has a shocking amount of tire spinning power. I installed an aftermarket stereo and cold air intake. With the pedal pressed down and the engine roaring like a pride of beastly lions, there is no doubt in my mind that for $2k there is no other car like this for the price. Looks sexy, sounds great, my baby is approaching 200k miles and fast. As my daily driver for college and home, from NY to FL and back again, this car is a blast to drive. Just the look of the car turns heads and the sound does too. I put around one thousand dollars into fixing things that were left neglected by previous owners such as a leaking water pump, leaking power steering pump, new ignition coils, new spark plugs and wires, and replacing some old hoses. After that work was done the car runs great and is 100% reliable. Only downside if i can bring myself to write one is minor vibrational sounds that come from any loose part on the interior of the car(friends always ask but i don't mind at all). Overall a beautiful car and a perfect balance between American Muscle and Fuel Economy with a Sports Car look. Even if your engine blows or siezes, you can buy another 3.8 v6 for less than 500 and install it for under a grand. Or spend a little more and build it into a "Trans Am""
