Pros: "comfort, reliable engine, styling still looks good"

"Always mechanically sound. Comfortable ride. Nice driving car that has treated me and my family very well for over 9 years and 150k miles of my own driving. The only repairs of significance have been electronic in nature as well as trouble with the a/c once. Turning radius isn't real tight, but otherwise a nice ride."

"I am on my thrd Bonneville. My son still has our 2000 and we have our 2004. I will be sad the day we let this quality made car go. Both 2000 and 2004 are great."

"This Bonneville is the best car that I have owned. It has never left me and my kids stranded. WONDERFUL in the snow! I am very disappointed that Pontiac has been discontinued. My car was actually totalled today, head-on accident, no injuries to my family. It is going to be hard to replace."

Pros: "Great car for the money"

Cons: "Small cup holders."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 8

"Bought this car used with approx. 30k miles on it as a replacement for another 2000 Bonneville we had just totaled. This car is so well build we believe it saved our lives. Although a lot of miles on the odometer, most have been on road trips and we have had very little garage maintenance performed. We have run synthetic oil since purchased and still does not burn any oil. Also have gotten 30 mpg on trips and runs about 22 around town and short trips. Everything works and would drive it anywhere in the US today if needed."

Pros: "Fast, Sporty, Gorgeous, Surprisng MPG's"

Cons: "None Whatsoever!"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"I ordered this car brand new from the factory in black with tan leather/suede. It is my pride and joy! The engine was/is professionally tuned to 375HP and I put GM's HiPer struts on it to get rid of the torque steer (it wasn't noticeable until I got it tuned). I put Borla exhaust on it (which sounds great). The combination of 375HP and the luxury amenities from a modern-day Cadillac results in an ultimate package! The ride is very sporty, not too stiff. No under-steer is noticeable. I get 18/26 which is pretty good for a V8 with nearly 400HP! The new 2014 SS has 415HP and only gets 14/21! The exterior is by far the best GM has ever done! The interior is great too. It has every single option I could imagine and more! It sits in my garage until summer comes. I cannot really say anything about reliability due to the fact that it doesn't even have 30K miles on it yet, but it has been good to me so far. I will keep it to the day I die! I really hope GM brings back Pontiac so I can have the joy of buying a new Bonneville GXP again. . ."
