"I've had this car for about 5.5years now and it has had no mechanical issues as of yet. So the reliability is very good, but I consider myself somewhat meticulous with maintenance/upkeep so it shouldn't have any issues, thus only 4 stars until it is problem-free for couple more years. The car has silky smooth 6 cylinder engine and great interior layout. The seats are supportive and the A/C works very well. There are two main drawbacks for this car. 1. low gas mileage (I average about 21-22 in combined city/hwy driving and I do not push the gas too far usually, so it's probably lower for some others) 2. wind noise through closed windows at freeway speeds is VERY annoying. I initially thought it was a defect but upon more , I noticed this is a common complaint for this car. Overall it rides very well, is reliable, and has good amenities (nothing fancy but all the power items, temperature control, sunroof, etc.) It does NOT have navigation and/or multiple CD headunit. I've replaced the 16' stock wheels with 18' stock wheels from 2004 Nissan Maxima and the car looks great. Would recommend for entry level luxury car that could be had for less than 15k nowdays"

"Nearly everything about this car is good to excellent, with about the only exception being a wimpy front suspension. At 50K miles, began to squeek and groan--replaced struts at about 55K. Now has 90K, and needs them again! I was told I had to use only Nissan-approved parts, (very expensive) and they offered no warranty. A poor excuse for shoddy workmanship. Otherwise, good, comfortable, quick car; good in snow if it is not too deep! About 20 mpg city, 26-27 Hwy, as advertised. Needs premium fuel! Model is GXE, which is "stripped down," but still has nice touches. Back seat is adequate for three kids for short jaunts, better to have two for longer journeys. Very nice sound system, A/C trouble free. Only reason to trade is for somewhat better mileage and regular fuel. Back seats fold down--good for hauling things, but a little noisy on some highways."
