"I have owned each model of the z-cars since the 240 to this one. Some I bought new and some were used. They are such a fun car to drive. Mine is highly customized but still a z."

"After 20 years the Z32 will still pull ahead of many of todays "sports cars", for the Z is a true sports car. With 222 hp in the N/a model that i own, and a 5 speed manual, i do well against other, equally matched cars in straight line speeds. being RWD, it is truly alive in the corners, where the back end will come out easily but is always fully controllable. As a daily driver the leather/power seats are easy to live with and many have told me are a lot more comfortable in long trips than they would expect for a sports car. the suspension is tight enough to corner but is moderate enough to not make daily driving uncomfortable. Possible negatives are the lack of cup holders, not even one in the whole car! It isn't the most fuel efficient car either, rating 17/22 with manual trans. Overall, its a highly recommended weekend cruiser but can absolutely be a daily driver if you enjoy performance. Personally, i would only recommend the manual trans, as the auto cars are noticeably slower in a straight line. I've had no problem getting my 1990 example to 140 mph. Its important to remember that not only is this car a good performer when compared to new cars, its also a classy alternative. Voted one of the best cars by car and driver every year it was sold in america (90-96). My favorite part by far is the fact that around chicago il where i live, i rarely ever see a 300zx. The car stands out and is unique unlike a 350 or 370 you may see everyday. I see this car driving on the road once or twice a month if even that much, and never during winter months."

"The 300ZX is alot of fun to drive...i have a N/A 2 2, its a 92 and it runs and drives very strong...the handling is excellent and the T-Tops dont leak on me even in heavy rain...the car has lots of power and torque...my only complaint is that it has no cup holders...oh well its not that big of a deal just seems like an oversight by nissan but what're you gonna do... still a great reliable sports car!"
