Use to be GM, they started falling apart, then wnet to Dodge 3/4 ton w/tow pkg and that supposed powerful 230hp eng. Pulling a 5,ooolb boat, Van would spin, and poor mph, 12mpg towing. Then on Feb 14 2007 saw the Toyota Tundra ad on TV. Yeah, right I thought. So I took one out for a test drive. Wife was with. The CrewMax SR5
2WD. Towing 12,000lbs...Wow, milege, in town 17 to 18, and I can't believe 23MPH on the highwat. Has not slipped once on any boat ramp, mileage stays at 17 even at tow. Got the 6spd...New Blue. Rides better then our friends Lincoln Pickup...
Have had the truck 21/2years, love it.

Very happy with my Toyota. Has plenty of power, interior room and I pull a 9500 lb travel trailer with it with no problems.
