This is the 3rd new Town Car I have owned. Mileage is approx 18 mpg in town and 23 mpg on highway. This highway mileage was at 80 mph using cruise. It is very well laid out and extremely confortable. I also owned a 2000 Cartiar that I liked better and it got a little better gas mileage. Maybe I was just a little more used to it. Overall this 2007 is an excellent vehicle and if I live long enough (68 YOA) I certainly would buy another Town Car, if they are still making them, after my extended warranty runs out.

I bought my 2001 used with 35,000 miles. It was a factory-reps car from Ford. I've put nearly an additional 100,000 miles on it and never had a problem--except in the last year, the ball joints went out, one "set" at a time about 6 months from each other. It gets over 25 mpg hwy/city combined, and the car drives like a dream--and sound system is great! (Even my mid-20 sons commented on the sound system).
