"would not sell it except i am moving to europe and it would cost me too much to move it there. best car i ever had ,cross country , very reliable,economic on the road,comfortable,only good things to say about it."

Pros: "Reliable, comfortable, fun, roomy"

"If I could, I'd only own Monteros for the rest of my life. This is hands down the best vehicle I have ever owned...the only repairs I've had to make have been age related and at a minor cost (slave cylinder for clutch, alternator, belts). At 150k miles, I figure I have another 60k left in her!"

"I owned this car and I really like it. It had never let me down it got the job done, I have fixed minor stuff normal wear and tear, but over all very good car, I have no complaints. I would like to get a montero 4x4."

"She's getting old, bu I still love it. Best car I ever drove. Don't get me wrong. Love my German SUV, but when I drive my montero, it's home..comfort, piece of me. Won't sell it to just anyone, I wanna know this person is worth it.:-)"
