"THIS IS A SECOND CAR NOT DRIVEN EVERY DAY SO IT HAS LOW MILEAGE. NEW FRONT BREAKS AND MOST FLUIDS HAVE BEEN CHANGED. NO DAMAGE AND ONLY PROBLEM I HAD TO REPLACE TWO WINDOW MOTORS."

"I bought this car for my daughter to go to college and wanted a dependable, somewhat economical, safe vehicle. I especially liked the size thinking if she was ever in an accident she would have more protection with highway distances to home. 5 years later my worse fears came true, a highway accident where she rolled the vehicle. thank you Mitsubishi she was safe. I am looking for another one."

Pros: "Great price, excellent fuel mileage, good driver"

Cons: "A little bit "Plain Jane" and a little road noise"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"Bought the car used with almost 50,000 miles on it. Have put an additional 10,000 miles on it with no trouble whatsoever. Drives good, rides good and has adequate acceleration. We get 32 MPG on the highway (while running the A/C) and about 25 MPG in town. The premium stereo sounds terrific. For the price point, it's an excellent buy. The car is a bit "Plain Jane" on options and accessories, but it's as good as any in its price range. You get what you pay for ... if you're lucky. if you want the other options and goodies, pay the extra and get them on another car. We got lucky and got what we paid for ... plus a little more than we expected. Great car ... great price!"

Pros: "Very comfortable ride, low maintenance, leg room!!"

Cons: "Turning radius but I can live with it"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9

"I have riden in and driven Hondas and Toyotas on business trips that were 2007 & 2008 but I have to admit this Galant out shines them both. It is roomier, more dependable, and a lot more stylish than its competitors. Don't overlook this automobile on the used car market today. You will definitely enjoy the ride and comfort and the peace of mind it will afford you."

First Car. Regret Selling. Would Buy Back :(

Pros: "Reliability, cheap and EASY to maintain."

Cons: "Not the best gas mileage, limited features, 4speed"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"My first car was a 2007 Mitsubishi Galant ES trim. I sold it a couple years ago, due to lack of logic, for a Toyota Solara SLE. I bought it with 43,000 miles on it and sold it with 73,000. I NEVER had a single problem with my Galant. City, highway, and numerous long distance drives (1000-mile+) and I never had a single issue. Cheap and incredibly easy to maintain. Comfortable ride quality given the Galant's low price and lack of features. My only complaint is the 4-speed transmission which robs this car of acceleration and better gas mileage. Wish I were more humble, otherwise I'd still have this car. Miss it! :("

Pros: "Great fuel mileage, extremely reliable"

Cons: "Rear seat does not fold down."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"Mechanically great and pretty good power for a 4 cyl, although certainly not a fast sexy car. It does love to cruise at highway speeds and with the awesome high mileage, fuel saver tires I put on it, I am getting 32 mpg on the highway. My last car was a wonderul Honda Accord, and although I miss the styling and comfort of the Accord, (outside and particularly interior) I cannot complain about this little trooper. It gets me where I want and need to go, is great on road trips across the desert and through the mountains, is reliable and consistent. I recommend this car to anyone looking for great fuel economy, reliability and practicality."
