I own this car - My approximate mileage is 106,000
overall rating 9 of 10rating detailsPros: "Low maintenance, good gas mileage"
Cons: "Issues with the doors sticking and radio"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 6
"This has been an extremely reliable car. Other than issues with the body and radio, I haven't had any major troubles. I did have the timer belt and another belt replaced but other than that, it has only needed routine maintenance. The only reason I'm looking for another car is that I have 3 big dogs and 2 kids and we need a mini-van. It's crowded if we go someplace and take the dogs. Also, I seem to get a bit better gas mileage than expected. After 5 years of driving the radio started going out sometimes if it is very hot outside. I did have the rear doors adjusted because they stick but that didn't actually work and is an issue sometimes in really hot weather."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 144,047
overall rating 10 of 10rating detailsPros: "Great car, great value, and it still looks great"
Cons: "a step would be nice; doors don't auto-lock"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"Sept '04- My previous car was stolen, so I was forced to purchase in a rush. I had owned a Mitsubishi before (drove it until it died), and had wanted an SUV since '94. So I said why not? I shopped multiple dealers for different SUVs, but ultimately was drawn to the Endeavor because it looked good, wasn't too big or too small, and it was a Mitsubishi. My SUV is more than 8 years old now and I have only had to do regular/normal maintenance, except one recall. Still go to dealer for oil changes. I am so pleased, couldn't be happier. Even though I don't want a car payment, I would definitely do a repeat."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 126,000
overall rating 9 of 10rating detailsPros: "reliable, great to drive, durable, worth the $$"
Cons: "road noise, paint didn't last,"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I bought this because a 2 seater convertible just isn't sensible! I bought my Endeavor brand new, and while it was a $40k car (and I probably could have gotten a more glamorous vehicle in 04 for that kind of money!), I got this. I really haven't had any trouble with it. I've replaced Oxygen sensors, brakes, tires. My sensor for tire pressure is finicky, and my paint is horrible (after a 'recall' on paint from Mitsu a few years ago, it's worse than ever!!). I never liked the looks from the outside... but I have to say, this car is SO well thought out! There really isn't anything missing! Almost 10 years into it, the interior still looks new after 2 large dogs, and now 2 small kids, that's saying a lot. Mitsubishi is underrated, and I don't think they are going to survive, which is a shame - they make a well-engineered, well designed car that really ages well!"

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 100,000
overall rating 8 of 10rating detailsPros: "RELIABILITY, great deals to be found."
Cons: "Stereo sounds great, but not easily upgraded."
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I've owned this car for just under 5 years now. The only parts that I've had to replace have been a couple oxygen sensors, the battery, and brakes. I've driven the car cross country, through snow, rain, etc.. it is easily the most dependable car I've owned. It's fun to drive, has plenty of torque. The exhaust has a nice growl to it, the interior is roomy and comfortable. The cargo area is surprisingly spacious, having crammed boxes and small furniture in it when I moved. My ONLY complaint, however meaningless to most people. The standard stereo is integrated into the dash in such a way that it cannot easily be upgraded to a model with navigation and bluetooth. (newer models come with Nav) But honestly, I'd rather have my wife drive a car that I know will never leave her stranded, than drive a lesser car with nicer electronics. It's too bad Mitsubishi is so under-rated. I've driven a few of them in the last 20+ years, and they've all been sporty and above all else RELIABLE. Go for it, this car won't let you down."

"We love this Mits. It is classed as an SUV but it drives like a car. We have "mistreated" it by going off-road on occasion. The AWD handles pretty much anything you throw at it. I wouldn't mud bog with it but it is high enough to take on most terrain types. Lots of room in front, back seats, and storage in the back. Gas mileage could be better but it is what it is."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 93,000
overall rating 8 of 10rating detailsPros: "Handling, price, fun to drive, comfortable."
Cons: "noisy, bad AC drainage."
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I bought a 2005 used with 72k miles. It has been the perfect car for my family. This car is amazing in all conditions - outstanding in snow. We were run off the road by a tractor trailer and this car took the impact and handled amazingly as we careened into the median - my wife and newborn son were just fine (son slept through the whole thing), I was so happy to be in such a stable, substantial and sturdy vehicle. It's simply an amazingly good car for the price you can buy if for. Anyone looking for a good size SUV for a great deal should buy this car. It has some problems - AC system does has some drainage problems and there is quite a bit of road noise. But all in all - couldn't ask for more."
