Pros: "The luxurious feel."

Cons: "The gas mileage could be better, but it's big car."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"Best car! I love it. It's the LS Premium and it's very nice inside. Makes you feel like your driving luxury. The price was great too...only $5,500 with only 60,850 when I bought it in late 2013. Gas mileage is..ok not the best but better than my parents Jeep Liberty they used to have. The car was only one owner it was taken care of. Good car in and out."

Pros: "Great price, you would be safe in a crash"

Cons: "Cup holders narrow"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 8

"This has been my mother's chief source of mobility for many years (since 2001-ish). She was the original owner; car had 10 miles on it when bought (per title deed). She is not the classic Little Old Lady from Pasadena, but worsening macular degeneration has limited her to trips to the store and not much else. Quick assessment reveals no dings in the body, internal leather-like fabric, engine turns right over; brakes, gearshift, steering mechanism are peppy. I believe it has a sun roof. Tires are practically new. I know this still sounds general, but please email for details."

Pros: "little to no major fixes"

Cons: "most don't come with a cd player"

"This car is great! I have had it for 8 years and haven't had any major issues with it. It is a gas guzzler but that is to be expected for a luxury bigger sized car."

Pros: "Powerful car, sturdy, well-built, nice features"

Cons: "Mechanically unsound, gas guzzler, prone to rust"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 1

"I bought my car at precisely 100,000 miles from a mechanic in 2011. It looked nice and had a clean engine and for the price I figured it was an okay deal. Nope. I can't tell you how much money I have dumped into this vehicle from the first week I bought it. Okay, the original battery died the first week I owned it. That's fine. Most batteries don't even last that long. I replaced it. Then I start getting warnings about the coolant and it took me TWO YEARS to figure out that the radiator cap was simply garbage. Also had an oil leak for the past year or so. I drove this thing 23,000 miles over the course of nearly 3 years. I was gentle on it; it's an older car and I don't have a lead foot. I replaced TWO alternators, replaced the strut assembly on my front wheels, went through so many tires I lost count because something is wrong with the front axle, pretty much rebuilt the suspension, bought a new ignition coil, tried in vain to stop the oil leak, replaced the horn, and NOW the air conditioning pulley is ready to quit. I will never buy an American car again, especially a Ford. I would not wish this car on my worst enemy. It has been nothing but a nightmare, though the features inside the car were nice and it is very sturdy."
