Narrow year range (drag arrows to filter):
The limited-production Grand Edition CLK350 Coupe and Cabriolet arrive for 2009 wearing Palladium Silver (Coupe) or Diamond White paint (Cabriolet) with a Tobacco Brown leather interior. Only 1,000 units will reach dealer showrooms. All CLK models now feature as standard a six-disc CD changer and heated front seats.
The CLK is Mercedes-Benz's mid-level premium coupe and convertible line. Although the CLK costs significantly more than its competition, Mercedes-Benz believes the brand's name and engineering excellence command the higher price. Styling, performance and luxury hold strong sway with consumers in these market categories, and the CLK Coupe and Cabriolet are prime examples. The CLK Coupe stands out from the few others in this segment by touting a pillarless hardtop design and a stunning profile. Where the CLK350 and CLK550 clearly place luxury above any really serious performance ambitions, the 475-horsepower CLK63 AMG makes no bones about its intentions. True driving enthusiasts, however, may turn to Audi or BMW, as the CLK63 AMG still is not offered with the choice of a manual transmission.

"As the owner of a 2006 CLK350 I have traveled cross-country in this vehicle from SC to northern CA. During this trip I averaged 30.1 mpg on the highway using cruise control at a speed of 79mph. This vehicle handled well going through the Smokey Mountains and the mountains western Wyoming, Nevada and California on this trip. I would buy another of this vehicle in a heartbeat as I have not had any problems with it."

"Had this car for less than a year and been in the shop 4 times for the same problem. Mercedes has a major problem with their gas gauges. Every long trip I've taken has developed the same problem. Gas gauge goes from full to zero and errors out. Mercedes has tried just about everything to fix the problem, but eventually replaced the car completely. New car was nice, but the first trip I took... same problem. Two different cars, same problem. Speaks volumes of the quality of the cars coming from Mercedes these days. I will never buy another one."

"have a 2004 clk 500 and it's too fast/sporty for me, almost burns the tires when you start, also if passing and you floor it, it makes it so fast it's almost too much to control..I'd look at the small 6 cylinder engines because it would be safer to drive...also the low profile tires are almost $260 each and they only last about 15,000 miles...if you want a sports car maybe this works for you but for me it is much too much power"
