"I am the third owner of this excellent auto. It is the best car that I have ever owned but need to sell it due to work. I really need a company truck for work and not a car. It was originally owned by a Doctor of Glendive Montana and he sold it to my boss at work in the oil patch construction field. He really needed a small truck instead of a lux auto. He traded me for a small Ranger XLT for his son and I was glad to give up a 180,000 mile ranger for this 92,000 mile auto. It has served me well and I would not be afraid to take this car anywhere around the country. I have put on the 5,000 miles in two years and just really can not keep it any longer due to returning back into the construction field. I NEED A TRUCK FOR WORK!!!!!!! Only thing that I have done to the car was to take out the air ride, due to a blown air bag and replaced it with S10 Chevy Truck coil springs and air shock for a stable ride. I am going to miss the extreme gas savings, due to the fact that drive the speed limit and average 26 to 30 mile to the gallon. Even in an emergency situation I was still getting 18 mile to the gallon. I have change the oil every 2,000 miles and it does not use any oil between oil changes."

"Regardless of KKB valuation, this baby is worth SO MUCH MORE. It's NOT a mountain car unless the snow has thawed. Otherwise, what a cruise-mobile."

Pros: "the best in every category"

Cons: "no cons!"

"I got my car as a clean 1 owner. Other than normal wear and tear(ex: brakes. ball joints) my Lincoln Towncar Exec. is by far the most reliable, most comfortable, best economically running car I have ever owned. I would rate it 100 % across the board and could never have a better car. I am 61 years old and I have owned 2 brand new vehicles and my Lincoln is the BEST!"

Pros: "Great to drive... great price... great condition.."

Cons: "NON!!!"

"I've only had this Town Car for 6 weeks now, but I can attest to the fact that it IS the best I've ever owned ... and I've had several new cars in my day.(I'm 64 years old).I bought this from a widow who just didn't want a big car like her husband did. It was garage kept and is still under 100,000 miles old. I've listed it as Very Good, but it is actually in pristine condition, and it drives the way you would expect a Lincoln to drive .. smooth and quiet! I'm getting 17 mpg in town but haven't really had it out on a long cruise yet, so I'm not sure of the highway mpg. And the very best part of the deal is that I only paid $1,000 for it. Ed"

"held out as long as I could not to trade this car in but due to being a senior citizen now, I needed to resort to a more eco. friendly model. Nothing compared to that town car!!! I may trade currant car in for a Lincoln but they don't make them like that anymore."

"Currently drive two Town Cars,,,,and looking to purchase another about same year models,,,'97 [own '95 and '96] these cars best driving and most comfortable cars driven,,,collect these cars for daily driving,,,still the most attractive cars on the road today some 15 years later,,,and FYI gas mileage is better than some other smaller cars of same vintage,,the small gas difference is made up in style, comfort and looks,,, Will continue looking and purchasing these wonderful vehicles and adding to private collection for personal use,,,luxury at its best!!!!!"
