"Have owned two ES vehicles. Fantastic car. Great comfort, fuel economy and reliability. Handling is a bit cushy, but that's not the hallmark of this car. Yu can't go wrong with this car and will get tired of it before it ever wears out!,,,"
"I have owned this car since it was new and now have 69,000 miles on it. The car still looks and runs like new inside and out. The Lexus dealership does and excellent job with service. I do feel they may go overboard with some maintnence but overall it will ensure the car lasts longer. My next car will be a Lexus as well."
"I'm very happy with the car and take long trips with it. It's very quiet, comfortable and quick. It has 56,000 miles, gets 25-26 mpg on average and never had a problem. The Navagation System (superior to Garmin GPS) is a real plus because of high trunk deck. I would buy another Lexus."
"excellent car. quiet and comfortable. extremely reliable. great turning circle. brakes a little soft. get 30 plus miles on the road.. a little tough on tires. dislike the walnut wood in all the ES models , birdseye maple much better in the lighter interiors."
"We bought the 07 ES350 because we had such a good history with the 97 ES300. As another reviewer said, our tires were balding at just 12,000 miles. They said "we use 15,000 mile tires because we're all about the comfort and handling". They offered to give me two tires if I buy the other two...for over $500!! The brakes squeaked a bit and there was a recall to add some shims. The sunglasses thing didn't work right, but they fixed that. When we bought it (Jun 2006), they didn't have the current software to program certain options, either. Otherwise, everything has been great! When my wife drives it, we get 21.6mpg. When I drive it, we get 24mpg. If I really try to conserve, we even can get 28mpg suburban driving. Highway, Houston to San Antonio, 75mph avg, we get around 29mpg. After 35,000miles and being an 07 (now April 2009), the car depreciated to $29,000...about what we still owe. Not sure if that's normal. Looks MUCH better than the ES330. Glad we waited for the new model."
