"I agree, it's not the cheapest, most gas efficient suv on the market. It's a Range Rover!! Face it, you buy it for its vesitle use, the safety this suv provides and the status. It's ok to spend an extra $50 in gas a month. Treat yourself. I sold my 2009 and bought a 2012. In 4 years, I'll buy a new one. The body is changing at the end of 2014, so what. The resale value these units have is very impressive. This is my 3 rd rover."

"Bought it 2 yrs ago this month for a song. Came with oversize tires and goes anywhere like a mounain goat. Previous owner abused it, I've spent apprx 200.00 in two years, other than basic maintanence (heater did not work). It's old, it's ugly, always starts and always goes. This is the best!"

"I'm so tired of something going wrong all the time. I know he's getting older but I can't take him on a road trip. He broke down the day after my wedding in the middle of nowhere on a Sunday afternoon on my way to my honeymoon. Parts are difficult to get, expensive and take ridiculously long to arrive. I love him to death, just wish he was more reliable and a little less crabby. When I say rugged good looks, I have to admit, he even looks great filthy! Like I've been out on safari, which is hilarious because I'm a professional chef and all my time is spent in the kitchen."

"This car is quite luxurious, but a monster in bad elements. This is my favorite car during harsh Chicago winters. My son and I often tackle huge mounds of snow- trying to get it stuck, and this tank goes through it like butter... I said BUTTER man! Concert sound, smooth ride (on smooth surfaces!) and ridiculous legroom for back seat passengers! A real cockpit that makes you feel in control. A somewhat quiet cabin, and believe it or not, big V8 power to pass on the E-Way. The lows- A troublesome rear hatch that's prone to rust, and poor fuel economy. Other than that, a real 5 Star vehicle! If I can help it, I will always own a RR!"
