"I was encouraged to get rid of it, but I have had a very wonderful relationship with this car since buying it used a year ago. Requires conscious care, but delivers excellent performance. No regrets whatsoever."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 105,000
overall rating 2 of 10rating detailsPros: "Great Ride"
Cons: "Transmission problems"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 1
"I really loved this car. 10 yrs of expensive maintenance and all. Loved. Pass tense. At 105,000 the transmission went and LR wants $6000 to fix. I'm heart broken but not stupid. What makes it more painful, by all accounts, LR has been aware of this trans problem. Perhaps it's why they stopped making this model. I expected more of the Landrover Brand. I always heard how indestructible they were and how it wasn't unusual to see more than 200,000 miles. I now have a heap of junk in my driveway. My neighbor told me her minivan had 210,000 miles. Hummmmm."
