2012 Kia Sedona

We purchased this new in July 2012.

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 16,000

Pros: "snappy acceleration"

Cons: "front window noise"

"We now have 16000 miles and have been on 2 trips with this van. Gets great gas mileage, between 25-29 on trips. My only complaint is excessive wind noise from the front windows. Kia replaced the window seals and it helped some but came back. I went to a different dealer who also tried to help but was told by Kia that they know of the problem and there is no fix. I don't like the noise, but overall am pleased with the van."

Cannot get KIA to fix it, the two front doors leak

Pros: "OK driving"

Cons: "BAD workmanship on KIA part"

"The two fornt doors or windows leak air and kia does not know how to fix it. KIA is not standing behind there vehicle's. Also the dealer will not help the customer out after you buy the vehicle (Salazar KIA in Avondale AZ).This is my ninth Kia and I think it my be time too change vehicle MFG."

Good vehicle for price <$21500 LX model

"3300 miles, so far all is well, road noise is acceptable, pickup is impressive, meets all of my needs re passenger comfort and storage capacity, my wife likes driving it and she is use to Lincoln Towncar, best yet it allows us to take grand kids and dogs to beach house in one vehicle, rather than have to take two cars"

Best over all value for the buck

Pros: "Price after rebates, roomy, ride, and power"

Cons: "None"

"I own a Kia Optima now and have had very good service with it and since my daughters car was slowly having problems it came down to that time to look for another auto. I have always liked a mini van and started looking at used Sedona's but after all said and done I broke down and went looking at new one's. So to make this short I got an LX model with the added power package with rear camera and back up sensors with rebates for a little more than a used one, yes you will always find something you would like to change or may not like on any car but for safety, price, and insurance cost you can't go wrong with the Sedona. I guess the main complaint I could find was the body style needs updated compared to the others well I like it just fine, I would say it's coming but over all we are very happy with this Kia Sedona."

Great car for the price

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 18,800

Pros: "Great Mileage, Great handling, rides nice, quiet"

Cons: "Passenger seat uncomfortable when leaned back."

"I get very good mileage now. Up to 15,000 miles it was about 17 mpg, now it is 21 and climbing more and more as it breaks in. I got 26.6 on one trip. Back seats and front passenger seat is uncomfortable if you lean back in them As long as they sit up they are fine. Storage seats work great. I liked my Chrysler town and country LTD much better but for 16,000 less this car works out just fine!!"
