I own this car - My approximate mileage is 84,075
overall rating 5 of 5rating detailsPros: "Great. Can't get more value for the $$$ anywhere"
Cons: "Not much. Maybe short front seat cushions."
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I've driven foreign and domestic, big and small, old and new. This Kia Amanti is one of the best cars I've ever driven. It looks great (we get compliments at gas stations, etc.). It is comfortable in both the front seat and the back. It is quiet. It has plenty of pep at a stop light and at 70 miles per hour. It is smooth on terrible Michigan roads. It does well in the rain and the snow. It feels quiet and safe at high speeds. I think the front seat cushion is a little short but my wife loves it."

I own this car
Reason: car was totalled by driver who ran red light - My approximate mileage is 76,000
Pros: "Incredible value"
Cons: "City mpg"

"I owned a 2004 Amanti, and it was just totaled in an accident and I am so upset. Wanted to buy another, but they are hard to find. I finally bought a 2008 Toyota Camry LE, and what a huge disappointment! It seems so cheaply made and UNspecial by comparison to my luxurious Amanti. Kia never marketed this car correctly, they should still be making it. I am soooo sorry I didn't get another one (used). I always called it "the poor man's luxury vehicle" and it really was."

"I bought this car new. I haven't done a thing but change oil. Starts on cold mornings, even at 20 below. It has been a first rate car. I used to own caddys when working but retired I wanted same options but a cheaper priced car. I'm glad I picked the car. VERY WELL SATISFIED!!!"
