If you live in an area where snow and inclement weather are regular occurrences, the 2014 Jeep Patriot's low cost 4-wheel drive model should look quite appealing. When equipped with Freedom Drive

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 32,500
overall rating 8 of 10rating detailsPros: "interior space"
Cons: "cheap interior pieces"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9
"I haven't had any problems with it since I bought it. I get 20mpg in town and up to 26mpg on the highway. With the rear seats folded down, you get a lot of storage space. My two main complaints are the engine noise while accelerating and the cheap looking and feeling monochromatic interior pieces. I would recommend this vehicle for most people but would caution anyone wanting to do a lot of long distance driving."

Cons: "Slow off line with the CVT."

"Good value in a 4 wheel drive package. The CVT is a bit slow off the line but I like it. The CVT is seamless. Lots of room, handles decent for a box. I have seem complaints about noise, but coming from a Scion TC, the Patriot is quiet. You can get a good price on an '13 right now."
