Pros: "Fit. Finish, Quality, Aesthetics and POWER!"

Cons: "Fuel economy in Sport Mode!"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9

"I own the XFR Edition, utilizing a 5.0 liter 510 HP Supercharged V8. In Sport Mode, this car will literally leave you pinned to your seat under maximum throttle. With the gear selector in Sport Mode, downshifts are tremendously powerful and crisp, without any significant delay. The interior is gorgeous, with a suede headliner, XFR Edition seats to keep you comfortable but in control. The hand stitched leather, aluminum trim with genuine wood in a gray finish are impeccably designed. I have had no issues with this vehicle and this is my second XF, my first was the supercharged XF 4.2 liter V8."

The only car I still love after years of ownership

"This isn't so much a review about the Jag, but instead how I feel about the car. I'm a technical guy and I can't help but analyze and find design flaws in everything I use. With cars, I tend to fixate on the bad aspects of design and they ultimately drive me to selling the car in search of something that doesn't have those flaws. I sold my Mustang GT because it was showing signs of fatigue after only 3 years. I bought a 3 year old Mercedes CLK550 that in comparison drove like new. I sold it because despite it having ample power and being high quality, it was no fun to drive. The gearbox ruined that car. So, I ended up buying a 3 year old XF Supercharged because the gearbox tends to do the right thing when you need it to. It doesn't have quite the same build quality as the Mercedes, but it has something better. It has character and it's a blast to drive. After years of ownership, I still love this car and am still excited to get in the driving seat every time. No other car has done that for me, and wow, is it quick!"

Pros: "Reliable and fun drive"

Cons: "If anything, seats are a bit stiff and British"

"The 2012 is the best Jag of the 5 I have owned in my many years of Jag ownership. I would recommend it over the XJ's and the S type that I have had. They hit the bulls eye with this one."

Pros: "Great detail, divine luxury, great mpg for 340 hp"

Cons: "slow touch screen"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"I have owned my 2014 XF 3.0 Portfolio for one year now. I have almost 12,000 miles and this car could not be any more perfect. This car can easily do 100 mph with not a single vibration in any part of the car. Jaguar goes above and beyond to put features on their cars that no other make even thinks about. Example, the drive selector rises out of the console when you start the car, auto opening and closing vents, even down to the flashing heart beat on the start button when it senses the key is there. The LED lined headlights make this car look amazing. No matter where I go I get asked what kind of car it is or people are constantly pointing and gawking at the look of the car. The great thing is also that you don't see a thousand of them running around like the boring BMWs. The Meridian sound system is amazing. This car is true divine luxury mixed with the perfect balance of fast performance. I plan on having this car for many years to come and loving every minute of it!"

Pros: "Elegant, plenty of space, beautiful design and fast"

Cons: "no AWD available, gas tank could be a few gallons"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9

"This car is not for the timid with a heavy foot . The 461 lbs-ft of torque coming on at 2500 RPM is pretty mind blowing for those not prepared. Normally, this car a smooth, quiet luxury sedan. When you call it to battle, it comes alive in a fierce way and doesn't look "boy racer" like its counterparts from Germany. It is faster than it feels, but every bit a luxury car. It is not a race car, but it is a very, very fast Jaguar."
