"Owned a 2000 Q45 for over 12 years, and I spent less than $1000 on it, related to repairs. (Does not include tires, brakes and oil changes, which was about another $1500.) That's a total of $2500 over 12 years, or about $200 a year. I wish all my vehicles were as reliable!"
Cons: "Needs better acceleration and Brakes are NOT GOOD"

"It is amazing how good these cars are. Quality probably supersedes Mercedes( I own them too) and ride is fantastic
I would not sell it nor at 10,000 dlls. It is worth much more in service and quality
NO noises, squeaks and whatever"
"Beautiful to look at, wonderful to drive. Never any major issues. My car currently has approximately 220,000 miles and still drives like a dream. Sound system is incredible. Only ever done minor repairs. Been on countless road trips. I absolutely love this car."
Cons: "HORRIBLY expensive to service! only premium gas"

"It is a wonderful car, luxury in every way! Still starts up no matter what the temperature, but had to buy a $200 battery for it to do that! Struts went out and no one in Oklahoma City can put new ones on, but a dealership! For all 4 it's over $4000!! Since they are out, the abs traction control don't work, and I won't put that much money in it now, dealerships now will only give me$1000 as a trade in! Car was originally $50,000! Too bad that it is so expensive to work on!"
"I recently totaled my Infiniti Q45t striking a large deer on a wintry Wisconsin road .It had been my fathers who passed away 7 years ago.He had been a frugal man and only took the plunge to buy a luxury car in his 70's .
The car ran like a much newer vehicle and had 264 ,500 miles on it .I am so certain that it would have passed 300,000 miles that I had just replaced the battery and tires .I was fortunate to have a great mechanic who of course kept the price of repairs less than at a dealer I suspect.
The Bose speakers and sound system were great .
The car was quick and agile yet with a very solid feel .
Importantly the hood crumpled in a manner I suspect which prevented a far worse disastrous outcome and the ABS system kept me in my lane and relatively out of harms way ."
"I have looked at a midnight blue 1997 Infiniti Q45 and it is one of the best looking bigger cars that I like the most out of Cadillacs and other big cars like this. Nice car and this is what it kind of looks like."
