Pros: "WOW"

Cons: "DEALERS DON'T GIVE YOU SO MUCH FOR SO LITTLE NOW."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"TOOK CARE OF MY CAR FROM THE GETGO, OIL CHANGES, FILTERS, ALL ON TIME. V 6 LOOKS AND SOUNDS GREAT. PEOPLE STILL STOP AND ADMIRE MY "TIBBY". IT HAS 63000 MILES AND I'M GOING TO SELL IT IN 2016 TO A FRIEND WHO WANTS IT. IT WAS A GOOD DEAL IN 2003 BECAUSE THE CAR CAME LOADED, ALL AS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT, NO EXTRAS ON THE V 6. AUTOMATIC, ALL LEATHER, MORE SPEAKERS, SUN ROOF,BIGGER TIRES, DELUXE WHEELS, BETTER RADIO."

I have enjoyed this car with its smooth lines

Pros: "good looks, great sporty feel for the price range"

Cons: "sits low - but it's a sports car!"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9

"I wish I could keep this car longer in spite of its age, but my age is the problem - it's low to the ground, becoming harder for me to get in and out of. I just can't find another car in my price range that has the curvy styling I like, but I'll have to make some compromise. I also really like its handling - I feel safe taking curves a little on the edge. And when it's fresh-washed and shiny, people still think it looks new."

Pros: "GREAT PRICE (18,380.00) and so much fun to drive"

Cons: "not enough acceleration. Uncomfortable seats."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"Planning to drive about 20 years and put about 250,000 miles on it. VERY reliable!! At about 120,000 miles does NOT use a drop of oil between (2500), oil changes! Will be taking it on a 2,000 miles vacation trip in about a month. There are 2 things I would wish for in this car. A little more power for acceleration (turbo), and a more comfortable front seat. But still planning to keep it until "the wheels fall off"."

In the Snow

"I've had this car for 6 years now, and I have absolutely loved it. It gets good gas mileage, runs well, and it is very good in the snow (especially with snow tires). It's a good looking car, and it is very affordable."

"Bought used 4 years ago 62k miles; now has 125k. Don't drive it in snow; saving it from the PA winters hoping body will stay as new looking as it is! The Tiburon IS an awesome vehicle - low maintenance/service, great on gas (however, my foot tends to be heavy in this car as it's got great get up and go) - just a great vehicle overall."

Pros: "Style, Price, Fun, Efficient, Moonroof, Roomy"

Cons: "Shift alot; Rear brakes overutilized"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9

"I've owned mine 9 years now. It's been a crazy dependable auto. The tires are a bit pricey, but overall, the cost of maintenance has been minimal. The MPG has been pretty consistent. About 25mpg with mixed 70/30 hwy/city. In my opinion, they should have increased the gear ratio for 6th gear and it would have saved ALOT of gas on highway. I ran nothing but royal purple synthetic motor oil and she still purrs to this day... Always starts and runs smooth as silk. The 6-speed manual takes a bit of getting used to at first, the clutch doesn't really engage till last 15% of pedal. The ratio of the gears is VERY much built for quick accelerating and is why the SE version smokes all other versions. 0-100 in this car once you know how to drive it, comes pretty quick. The handling is aggressive on dry pavement, but can be a bit dicey on wet. It surprisingly doesn't do too bad in snow. It's a bit nose heavy, that's probably why. Love the room when you put the rear seats down. I hauled my complete patio furniture set. 4 swivel chairs and table..."
