"I own this SUV for 3 years already. V6 3.5L 200hpr, enough power for every day driving.
Bought with 132000ml and now has 197k.ml.
Only maintenance, timing belt, spark plugs, brakes, fluids, only synthetic high mileage mobil 1 oil.
No leaks, no suspension noises, no trans issues.
this car easily will go over 300k.ml.
197k .ml with original valve cover gaskets, suspension, transmission, differential, axles, radiator, hoses...etc...you cant bit that.
25mpg/ hwy driving to florida."
"Purchased a 2004 Santa Fe in Nov. 2014. Has been great in winter time driving, the 4WD system is great. Has 2.7L engine, but doesn't lack the power needed to climb the mountains in Western PA. Like the spacious cargo area for hauling and getting groceries. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone with a family who lives in areas where the weather can change."
"I have owned this Car for close to 3 Years ( i'm the 2nd Owner ) , all I had to do is a new Radiator, tune up and regular maintenance ( oil change every 3000 miles with high Mileage Synthetic Oil ) I could not have asked for a more reliable Transportation"
"Bought a 2003 in 2011. Liked it so much we bought a 2005 in 2014. The feel is solid and the ride and the seats are comfortable, a little higher than a car, but still easy enough for these geezers to get into. Our 22 year old has been driving the '03 for a couple of years and she likes it, too, and will probably buy a SF for herself. We're in the market for another car right now and SF is high on our short list."
"This is the best car I have ever owned. I was a little hesitant when I first bought it 10 years ago because Hyundai did not have a good reputation back then. Well, it turned out to be the best SUV ever! It has never given me any problems whatsoever. Besides normal wear and tear and regular maintenance, like oil changes, tires, and batteries, I can proudly say this SUV has never let me down. I am now thinking of getting a new Santa Fe and I am afraid the new one won't be as reliable as my old one."
