I own this car - My approximate mileage is 184,000
overall rating 9 of 10rating detailsPros: "extremely reliable, affordable"
Cons: "not a very smooth ride at higher speeds, loud"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I drive A LOT, all over the place, in all kinds of weather, and this car has never broken down or left me stranded. I bought it brand new in 2004 and racked up over 180,000 miles since then, but always had oil changes done every 3k and kept up on routine maintenance. I have never had any problems with the trans and it is actually, amazingly, still okay at 180k. The gas mileage is just as good as it was new, and it still doesn't leak oil. The AC and heat still work, as well. It is loud, and not that smooth of a ride (especially on the highway), but if you want an affordable little car that will get you anywhere and last for a long time, this is definitely that car. The only issues were minor - the car eats headlights and I had to get the exhaust pipe repaired twice (not terribly expensive). Also, there can be more space made than you think in this car, I have three 100 lb dogs, and if I put the back seats down they can all fit nicely in the hatchback, believe it or not."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 127,000
overall rating 5 of 10rating detailsPros: "Well put together, good dash layout. Good on gas"
Cons: "If you have the dohc and it's rappen,ditch-it"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 8
"first motor went south @ 70k. Now this used one is starting to rap on the top end pretty good smoking a little too. It has about 100k on the motor in it now, body is 127k. The double ovhc in it is raspy and loud. It provides good power but is not the best engineered.I'm a seasoned car nut and maintian it well, But a valve job would do it well. The body has held up and the interior is good, well laid out. And the front end is starting to loosen up. Shame because if I didn't do my own work this puppy would be in the bone yard."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 28,000
overall rating 8 of 10rating detailsPros: "6ft 250lb easy to get in and out."
Cons: "Could use an arm rest on the passenger seat."
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"This is a great little car. But mind you it's small lightweight and the body panels are thinner than your Daddy's Caddy. It gets great mileage and is EASY to drive park and service. I see out of it better than our KIA Spectra."
