"My car has never let me down, I've put alot of miles on it and some not so easy. The standard gives me get up and go which I use
more often than not.The only major repair so far was the transmission and with my driving was long over due. I replaced it with a used one and she's good as new. I maintenance and give TLC
and she'll be here long after I'm gone. If I was to buy another car it would be a Hyundai, but I sill won't let go of my accent she has a home forever."
~40mpg even in cities
surprisingly good for snow travel, just keep it in 3rd gear.
good bit of storage in a tiny car
protects the passengers in crashes, i got one bruise on my arm from a 15mph crash
very cheap car, the best models might go for $9000
any crash means a lot of money, even 15mph ones
the battery hooks rot out at 80,000 miles
this model has an issue with random engine cylinder 1 or 2 failure
not the best quality interior, but that's not a big thing for me
the driver seating is made for people over 5'5" and bad for anyone shorter.
the belt buckle gets caught on the seat back adjuster
my conclusion; this is a good starter car for a teen. it is cheap (best model is $9000), drives well, doesn't have a golden interior but doesn't need it, and will protect you in a crash.
this is not a car for an established person with kids, there is only enough space in back for 2 car seats and my car would not drive over 2 people other than the driver (though my family is fat)"
"Wow, love a car that doesn't break...anything...never had to go to the service center because nothing breaks! This is my second, and a third might be around the corner. Just finished a road trip and I got 36(!) mpg!(all freeway, but so what? 36!) Very dependable cars. Get one."
"I bought this car several years ago when my son totaled my brand new Honda Civic. This car was second-hand. I'll have to admit it has been a great little car. Nothing fancy, but I'm happy with a stereo, AC, and power windows. Very reliable. I would definitely recommend it."
