"I love my H3! This from a person who has driven sports cars exclusively until I bought the H3. Took a short time to make the transition from a 2-searer to the Hummer, But I love it! Initially thought it would be too big and unmanageable for errands, etc. Not at all. In fact, if I could purchase a NEW Hummer, I would. Gas mileage is not bad-much better than most other SUV's. Plus, it takes regular gas! It is a fabulous vehicle for trips- Comfortable, plenty of room, great on the highway. I have never kept a vehicle this long or with as many miles, but just do not want to part with the H3. The H3 gets routine maintenance, oil changes, new battery, etc. and have had no reliability issues. I keep it washed & waxed and it is as shiny as the day we bought it!"

"It's to bad they stopped making the Hummers.I drive a lot alone and I feel safe.my gas mileage is about 19mpg you can't beat that.It turns on a dime it's easy to park.I really had no major problems.I'll never sell this truck I think I'll put it in storage"

"I had this car since 2010. Besides regular maintenance i.e. oil change;, I replaced tires and radiator within the last 12 months. A/C compressor cable replaced. Nothing more. Total cost was less than 2500.00. No engine problem whatsoever. NO LEAKS!!!"

Pros: "Fun, Stylish, Capable, Like nothing else."

Cons: "Could be more fuel efficient if it had 2 wheel dr."

"I own a 2008 H3. I have owned sports cars all my life and was looking for something with some room and off road capability. I was going to purchase a Jeep, but after finding the H3 did everything just as well if not better, I gave it a try. The H2 was far too large, and the style of the H3 seemed to complement the natural HUMMER look well. It's easy to fit in a parking space and drives like a car in town. Its fairly fuel efficient. The real glory is off the pavement though. I've taken many trips off road with the H3, traveling over fallen trees, through water, dense brush, and other obstacles that I wouldnt even attempt in other vehicles. The all time 4x4 keeps you in control. It balances its weight well. The H3 looks great, features luxury interior, and plenty of space for 4 adults to use on a weekend adventure. It sits high enough off the ground that I dont need to jack it up to change the fluids. Really pleased with the H3. I always wanted a Hummer, and now that they don't make them anymore I'm pleased to know I have one in the garage (yes it fits in a garage just fine)."
