Great sports car for the money -

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 93,000

Pros: "Great price, fun to drive and still gets looks."

Cons: "Small interior space"

"I will say I have had my s2000 since it was a year old and have had it 6 years now, bought like new and still all these years later, it gets looks, compliments and looks like brand new. People are always surprised its a Honda, which is great for the service side of things, it has been bullet proof thus far ! For the money and depending on your taste in a car, you really cant beat this car, everytime I drive it, its still a joy, and gives me a smile, I will say though, it is not a car for people who like or need room, its a small space inside, but a great driver focused interior. - Great car , just too bad Honda didn't make a sequel !"

Best handling vehicle ever driven

"Car is so much fun to drive. Owned BMW's in past and the handling of S2000 is hands down better. 01 model and everything works in great condition, only oil changes and normal maintenance and expect car to last another 100k+ miles. Only drawback is that not very comfortable for long rides but thats expected given its a 2 seater convertible."

A good japanese sports car

Pros: "VTEC,great handling,great value"

Cons: "crammed interior, not much headroom"

"I own the japanese version of the s2000 and it just amazes me with how the car drives to this day. Although there is no cruise control for the japanese model, it is still very well equipped. For starters, I recommend just get the car and drive it. For more experienced drivers I recommend getting a stiffer suspension, bucket seats, etc."

The best all-around sports car that money can buy

Pros: "Fun to drive, reliable, better value"

Cons: "Impractical by nature"

"Unassailable in every way. You can't beat this car for fun, reliability, economy, style and performance. I've owned mine for 5 years and haven't had a single issue. Compliments everywhere I go. You can keep your FR-Ss and Miatas, I'll keep my s2000."

car is destined to be a collector's car

Pros: "best bang for your buck under $30k"

Cons: "cup holder not deep enough."

"car handles like it is on rails. beautiful design, I get compliments on it constantly. Keep it stock-it is so well designed you don't want to monkey with such a well designed, well tuned car. Love the high rev capacity. Had a Porsche before-beautiful car, but the ownership cost is prohibitive. Best of all,the car has cost me next to nothing to maintain. Buy one and keep it forever!"

Tightest, most fun to drive I have ever owned.

Pros: "Performance, looks, dependability, cost."

Cons: "Cabin noise (top closed)."

"I use the S2000 as a daily driver and it makes my 25 minute commute fun and energizing. Handling, traction, cornering, acceleration, looks and ride are excellent, and it is easy on gas. Excellent wet weather traction also. Have owned since new and have spent zero outside of normal oil and fluid changes. My only complaint is that the cabin noise is high when the top is closed. I usually drive it with the top down, so this is not a large issue for me. I have a second vehicle to drive in bad weather, and I have never driven it on ice or snow."
