If you need the open-bed utility of a pickup truck, but you don't want the rough ride, poor handling and fuel-thirsty engine that usually accompany such trucks, the 2012 Honda Ridgeline truck deserves
If towing more than 5,000 pounds or hauling really heavy loads is a top priority, you may want to look to a full-size V8-powered crew cab. Off-road enthusiasts won't find much to like with the 2012 Ho
Because its body is welded to form a single unit (as opposed to a separate body attached to a rigid frame), the 2012 Ridgeline can be fitted with a more sophisticated independent suspension. "I always said if Honda ever built a pickup, I'd buy one. I did, and it was a good decision. What I needed was a 5 passenger vehicle with good handling, power, good highway manners, reliability, and a modest bed in back for my motorcycles. The Ridgeline is a near-perfect fit. I looked at all midsize pickups, including some used vehicles, but kept coming back to a new Ridgeline. No, it is not an off-roader (no low range transfer case) and no it can't haul a ton of stuff. But I never need those qualities. It'll pull 5,000 pound of trailer but I've never needed that much capability. Always dealer serviced and garaged, it has never broken or caused me to worry. A near perfect vehicle for my needs."

"Great feel driving. Drives and rides like a car but you have a pickup. The truck is a great extra. Lots of room inside and reliability of a Honda. Perfect fit and finish."
