Pros: "Handling, front seat comfort"

Cons: "None at all."

"Honda designed this car for people who love to drive, the handling is unbelievable. It's not a muscle car, no big engine with loads of horsepower, but the engine does respond well, and when the variable valve feature kicks in, you get a real kick in the seat of the pants."

Pros: "Looks,Honda reliability,performance."

Cons: "Not noisy but wouldn't mind a bit less road noise."

"My third Prelude. Perfect size for my wife and me(and daughter on occasion). Handsome styling in opposition to the latest styling fads. Find myself admiring it every day.Simple car with all real necessities; no electric "everythings" that just add cost and hurt reliability. If mileage becomes an issue I'll search out a low mileage example and start over!"

"bought my 97 prelude in 2005 with 90K on it and had it until 2011 with 130k (low mileage travel)loved the car..great for single person or with a passenger (back seats are very tight) Almost bought a 2001 prelude when I got rid of it but went with an Acura TL instead. Great Car while I had it."

Pros: "Fast, great handling, atts is legendary"

Cons: "No back seat room, all H22 motors burn oil"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"I got this car not to long ago for about 3000 bucks, so far all I have needed work done was a gasket that was leaking, but other than that all the money has gone into performance. The car has never let me down and is alot of fun to drive. The back seats are next to useless, but still comfy if the front seats are pushed forward. Good trunk space for a 2 door, and it is cheaper insurance than my Civic Sedan. All in all its my favorite Honda ever made, and I would suggest getting one."
