2007 Honda Element

Overall - couldn't ask for better. Great vehicle.

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 130,000

Pros: "Function, reliability, overall great."

Cons: "They don't make new model anymore :("

"Love it.. have had it for almost 6 years now. I love that it is so easy to clean (you can remove all rugs and sweep/wash the entire interior out), so after a day at the beach, 30 minutes with a dust broom and wash rag, looks as good as new inside. Also, the seats wash easily with a sponge and some soapy water- look as good as new, even with kids and a dog. I really enjoy the way the seats lay back all the way, fold up the walls on either side (to completely open up the back cab), or come out of the vehicle completely. We have used this feature many times while transporting larger items in the car, while, in another SUV or car, we would have needed to borrow a truck. Driving- it feels like a truck, Ill just be honest. It is not the smooth, cushion-y ride of a luxury car, it definitely has the rougher ride of a small truck. Not uncomfortable, but if you want a pillow smooth ride, this isnt the SUV for you. The all wheel drive is a must have in the Northeast...and it has taken me through roads and in weather when I have passed many a stuck vehicle- really works wonders, really great in snow. Has a blind spot- a fairly large one. However, once you know where it is, you can easily adjust your mirrors to cover it. Only takes one quick ride on the highway to find the spot, then make the adjustment. I drive it on a major highway in rush hour traffic every day- was a little concerned over this comment made by other owners, but I took their advice and took it on the highway in low traffic times and found the right adjustment for my mirrors- no trouble since! Very reliable car- just follow the scheduled maintenance and you can count on many years of smooth sailing- great vehicle. I wish Honda had not discontinued this model- I had been planning on trading in for a new model in a year or two- I would drive this model forever- love it that much."

Best Vechicle I have every owned

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 138,000

Pros: "Safe handie easy to drive. Great sound system."

Cons: "At interstate speeds you can hear road noise."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"I wish this car was still being made. It has been the best car I every owned. No problems normal wear only. Brakes, struts, has been about it. Good mileage and easy on tires. We have 138000 miles on the car and it runs like it did new."
