Despite its radical looks, the 2012 Honda Crosstour Wagon's underpinnings are firmly rooted in the humble Honda Accord family sedan. "We bought an EX-L (v6) AWD Crosstour, at Winter Haven, FL Honda back in 2010. Great car and great dealership. Our other car is a Lexus E350 and my wife and I are constantly calling "dibs" on getting to drive the Crosstour. Although the Lexus 350 is superior in fit and finish, the Crosstour drive experience, comfort, quality of the sound system, clarity of Bluetooth phone mic, utility, and just about everything else about it are excellent. Plus with a 5 year old and a baby this car cleans up easier. When you buy yours, I suggest doing as we did by not going with the Navigation system and instead have a rearview mirror monitor with back-up camera installed. Then, add the back-up sensors to the rear bumper. You'll save a few bucks and find it's exactly what you needed. (However, you have to go with either the navigation camera or mirror camera as I can't imagine trying to back this car up into any space with out one or the other since rearview visibility is limited for backing. My two wish list features for Honda would be A/C Ventilated front seats like in the Lexus (we live in Florida) and Blind Spot Warning like in Infiniti (just makes good safety sense)."

"I have an V6 exl/w nav. Love getting in it for my drive home every night.(40 mi.) Voice activation doesn't always respond properly to commands. That's why we call her Phoebe. Traded a Murano for her and don't regert it. The Murano was a great car also. Averaging 24.5 mpg. Could use a sixspeed transmission . The V6 responds well ,but performance could be improve with a better tranny."
