"We have a 2004 CRV. This vehicle has been the most reliable vehicle we have ever had. My husband and I have 2 kids and an English Mastiff. With the dog we can only take day trips because he is so huge but with just the 4 of us, we have plenty of room to stretch out and ride! We recently had a run in with a deer and although she (my car) is badly beaten, all four of us walked away with no incidents! I have owned many cars throughout my life and if I have my way, I will own nothing else again!"
"This is my 3rd car in US. I bought this as used car 6 months back based upoun reviews from my friends and family who also own CRV, i have enough confidence to give it a 5 now. Earlier i owned a 2002 Volvo S80 and CRV beats it by a long way overall. If you had owned CRV then only you would know, it was built to keep the customer worry free even after 5 years or more. Although the CRVs built after 2006 had better market capture, the old ones are still the gems. I know for sure if i buy another car it would be CRV."
"Feels very safe, handles with stability. Very versatile for the young person with an active lifestyle. Holds bikes, skis, camping gear. Good looking in it's day. Not quite so good for a lifestyle with a dog and baby and one or more parents over 6 feet tall. Honda seat belts are often poor on retraction, often getting caught in a slammed door. Hard to fit a toddler carseat in the rear-facing position and seat folks in the rear."
