Pros: "fun to drive"

Cons: "my sunvisors werent usuable splitting"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"My husband at the time purchased me a 2006 used Honda Civic EX with navigation and 8000 mil. I fell in love with my Honda Civic EX. Very dependable car which took me lots of places for softball tournaments. With that said the trunk held lots of equipment along with other things needed for road trips. Thanks to the navigation which I heavily rely on I was able to drive freely and not worry about getting lost. The only downside to my Honda was the sunvisors, They would crack and split at the seams. I even replaced both but same thing happened. So I couldn't use my sunvisors. Other than that I just LOVE MY HONDA. Its time to trade in my used used car and I would finally love to be able to purchase MY very first NEW NEWER CAR. Thanks HONDA for the dependability."

Pros: "Nice looking and drives very well."

Cons: "Uncomfortable seats for long drives."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9

"This vehicle rides and handles very well. I drive 80 miles to and from work and the fuel mileage is a little better than average for a small vehicle. The only negative about it is, the seats are very uncomfortable when driving more than an hour at a time. I'm looking for a replacement for these seats because I have to drive it a very long distance in a couple months. Maybe I'll use a pillow."

"Bought new to be a reliable daily driver. Was chosen over comparable models from other manufacturers. Ultimately decided on the Civic because of it's long term cost savings and superior fit and finish when compared to the Corolla and Fusion at the time. Only real repair bills have been in the form of a new AC unit in the dash and Nav system. Both pricey, Nav system was not totally broken, but I wanted it 100%. Hate the leather - but that is just a personal thing. They started using substantially higher quality leather after '09, so it could be avoided with later years. Otherwise never have had a reliability issue. Get roughly 50K miles from the tires and return ~32-35mpg with varied driving. Would buy again in a heart beat."
