The only notable change for the 2012 Honda Accord Coupe is the addition of a USB audio interface port to the standard equipment list.

Changes for 2011 include revisions to the Accord Coupe's grille, front bumper and rear brake lamps. In addition, improvements under the hood net a gain in fuel economy, while the EX-L V6 gains steering-wheel mounted paddle shifters and a two-position memory function for the driver's seat. All Coupes also feature as standard a new USB audio interface.

About Honda Accord

The Accord Hybrid represents a different take on hybrid technology. Instead of matching its electric motor to a fuel-efficient four-cylinder engine, as with the Civic Hybrid, and the Camry and upcoming Altima hybrids, the Accord Hybrid has its electric-assist motor teamed to a powerful 3.0-liter V6 engine. Although actually quicker than its gasoline-powered counterpart, the Accord Hybrid's lofty price tag and mid-range fuel economy figures can make it a tough sell. Wise consumers will notice that, compared to the Accord Hybrid, the four-cylinder Accord earns similar EPA mileage ratings yet costs about ten grand less. Conversely, the Camry Hybrid earns far better EPA city fuel economy ratings (40 miles per gallon versus 28 miles per gallon) and costs some $5,000 less.

"Own a 2008 EX-L Sedan with the 4-cylinder engine. This is my second Accord. I had turned in a 2003 EX-L V-6 Coupe with 189,000 miles to purchase this one new. I obviously drive a lot of miles. Most of the miles are put on over the road. I routinely do a 1200 mile round trip between New Jersey and Michigan. The car has performed flawlessly for me. I just changed the original tires last month and more about concern for snow than necessity. I did have to change the brakes at 30,000, but they have been great since. No other (knock on wood) repairs but oil changes (5,000 mile increments). The seats seem very comfortable, the power is more than adequate and the fuel mileage excellent (up to 32mpg highway at 72-74 mph). The car is more than large enough for four (I am 6'2" tall) and can carry a lot of bags and golf clubs. I have experienced none of the negative issues mentioned in other reviews, so perhaps there are some quality control issues at the factory. I will say that I have picked up a lot of paint chips on the leading edge of the hood, but that may be due more to SE Michigan roads than it is to Honda. Bottom line, this has been a great car and I plan to keep it at least another 100,000 miles."

"Agree that road noise is more than expected but everything else about our 2008 EX-L is flawless. Handles great, leather seats are extremely confortable and the styling of the car is great. Looked at Camry's & Altima's but the Accord was the obvious choice after test driving all three."

"Just bought this car in Jan 2011. This is the third Honda Accord that I bough it. Honda is so reliability The first 2 cars has hit almost 200,000 miles and still running without any major issues 1) Accord 2011 seems heavier than my former 2003, but better handling and smoother in freeway 2) Gas mileage is not better than old model. The combined MPG is around 28 miles. I have never seen 34 MPG on highway as the Honda marked 23/34. 3) One of major Honda issue is "Road noise". 2011 seems less noise than former accord. Toyota is still better than Honda to manage the road noise. 4) Little new on engine oil as Honda requires 0W-20. 0W-20 costs more than 5W-20. I have not seen conventional 0W-20 on store, except Mobil 1 synthetic oil 5) The front seat seems little smaller than rival as Hyundai -Sonata. The person is over 6", maybe feels little scramble 6) Styling is one of the best Accord 2011. Internal design is good and details. It meets all basic things for most people, except this model does not have USB and outside temperature. Accord 2011 consider full size family sedan, it is big as Toyota Avalon and very roomy in front and back 7) Audio system is good enough, bass should improve. MP3 does not show the full song information, and you are impossible to know singer name. 8) Handling is very good and typical as you expect from Honda. It is heavy on freeway, stable, lighter on city. Car is slow on 4 cylinder. If you need faster on freeway, you should go with V6 [MFG combined is around 25 miles) In one word, I never regret to buy this car and strongly recommend people check it out if you consider buying family sedan. It is pretty sure Honda is so reliable with less maintenance (most of the time oil change, brake bad, tire). You cannot go wrong with Honda for reliability&safety and handling. I did a lot of homework to compare Camry, Sonata and Accord and I pick Accord as reasons above"
