Pros: "Nice Ride, very elegant and reliable."

Cons: "Not real good gas mileage."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"I traded in a newer model Suburban with a huge loan balance on it so I could own this vehicle free and clear. I was somewhat hesitant of owning an older used vehicle but I immediately fell in love with this car. It is loaded and has every possible option I could imagine and rides like a charm. Gas mileage is not great but that is to be expected with a full size SUV."

Pros: "Good price and it is loaded."

Cons: "Gas mileage is exactly as stated. Cost of gas."

Just a quick snap of the vehicle. It is in great shape inside and out. A well made vehicle and a lot of fun to drive.

"Have had this for about 4 years. Had to replace the starter. I tell people if it could do any more it would drive itself. It does really well in snow and ice. My grandchildren absolutely love it."

Great soccer mom van upgrade instead of a minivan

Pros: "Cargo space, Cabin space, & Flex-fuel engine"

Cons: "Purchase price, No sunroof, & that's all I know"

"bought this to have a vehicle that I could still haul stuff like a truck and to have a bed that never has to be made and can fit a 8' 2X4 inside of without opening the rear window. but yet I still needed to be able to have two car seats and carry a few more people to and from cause I have a big family.Does both very well and I definitely get better than 15 mpg. And being I have the flex-fuel version I can put E85 in it also which is almost 30 cents cheaper if not more around here. Wouldn't trade it for the world except maybe a newer model with less mileage on it."

Pros: "Versitile, Comfortable, Drives like a car, parks"

Cons: "2WD not good in snow, 3rd row seat is heavy"

"I can't express enough how much I love this car. From camping (inside the vehicle!) all down the CA coast, moving my sister to a new apartment in only 2 trips, tying things to the roof, hauling a 6x12 trailer 1,000 miles when we moved to Oregon- this car does it all. Seats 9 (wow!) and we've used them all. Hauled more kids' sports equipment and driven more field trips and kids to out of town games than I care to remember. I bought this car new and I'm still driving it 150K miles and 12 years later. Solid engine never breaks down and I didn't even have to replace the battery until year 11. It is literally perfect for everything except gas mileage. (As an older vehicle I'm now getting about 11-12 MPG, repair shop says with a fuel service that will improve). This SUV drives like a car, stops on a dime and whips U-turns on roads where smaller cars must do a 3-point turn. I can parallel park with just a foot or so of clearance on either side. My only very minor complaints are that the third row seats are difficult for me to remove, store and re-install being a smaller woman. I would have preferred "fold into the floor" third row seating. Also this car is difficult for my grandma to get in and out of; choose running boards if you have an old grandma to take around town. Also with rear wheel drive it doesn't handle well in un-plowed snow. If you drive a lot in the snow, choose the 4 wheel drive version. Great clearance and off-roads beautifully with just 2WD."

Pros: "Probably almost every pro that could be thought of"

Cons: "It's a bit thirsty, but well worth it."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"I'm 59, retired and spent much of my working life in the car business, Lincoln -Mercury dealer, and went out looking for an Expedition, which I cannot knock, but it only took a few miles of test driving the Yukon Denali and I knew it is a very high quality vehicle in every way. It rides like a Lincoln Town Car, handles very well, is as quiet as a church mouse and with the heavy duty trailer towing package it could pull a battleship over the Rocky Mountains. If you don't mind going off road with a $44K-plus vehicle and have a good set of quality A/T tires it almost takes a sheer rock wall to stop you. It will pull it's way through anything and over almost anything. If you want a luxury SUV that's tougher than diamonds and stronger than steel than purchase a GMC Yukon Denali."
