Do you find yourself attracted to the reasonable size and good fuel economy of the Chevrolet TrailBlazer, but feel your position in life requires that you drive something a bit more upscale? Well, you're in luck, because that's exactly what you'll find in the GMC Envoy. Though identical to the TrailBlazer under the skin, the Envoy visually excels beyond its Chevrolet counterpart with its upscale exterior, plush interior and, for those who can afford the extra premium, Denali trim package. The Envoy is extremely flexible, offering a choice of six- or eight-cylinder engines with two-wheel or four-wheel drive. When equipped with the V8 and the optional tow package, the Envoy can tow up to 6,600 pounds.

"I bought my XL 6 years ago and still run like new! Great for family rides and small jobs. Looks good and is a great deal for anyone. The only issue is the air noise but if you replace the door bandage for a bigger one you will have zero noise for the rest of your life and just cost me like $12 dollars. Great SUV....I recommended to anyone."

"Have owned this truck since 03. Bought under Certified program with GM. Couldn't be happier. Envoy SLE came with the works in 02, On-Star, Side Airbags, traction control, ABS, Tow Pkg. We have put new HD Blistiens all around, and a set of 17" tires bought at the dealer. We moved over 1100 miles towing a car & trailer over mountain passes with no problem. Streight 6 is very good with lots of torque. Envoy still looks new like and my wife loves it. Excellent ride in and out of town. We plan on keeping this vehicle until we stop driving. Keep it maintained and it will go for a long, long time. Only problem was the center floor console that I stuffed foam inside the pieces to stop the squeeks. It worked. Would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for utility, Mileage is 14-16 in town and 21-22 on the highway. We have 63,890 miles."

"As a former auto salesman I've had the chance to drive literally thousands of new and used vehicles, and the Envoy is easily one of the best lines produced ... outstanding room, comfort and options ... only drawback is fuel economy, but that is countered by exceptional power for its segment ... highly recommend as a perfect first vehicle for a small family or second vehicle for everyday use"
