"Going from a 93 Allante' to my 02 Bird was an adjustment. Felt like I left a powerful, taut sports car for a 2 seater Lincoln. BUT...This is a very classy boulavardier that combines modern technology with classic styling. Instant collectible!"

"Have admired and wanted one of the first classic T Birds or a retro 2002-2005. So when I came across a 2005 50th Anniversery Edition for sale by the original owner with 19000 miles and never driven in winter that looked like it came of the showroom floor, I just had to have it. It is Medium Steel Blue Metalic with light sand interior with the sand cloth top and also has the classic removable port hole hardtop which just makes the car even more beutiful. I just love the car in every way from its styling to its fun to drive top down cruising. This car is definitely a head turner that gets attension when ever I drive it. On did I mention that I am 81 years old and looking forward to enjoying this great car for many years to come."

"Bought a 2002 Retro Bird for my wife's birthday. Found one with 5700 miles. We have had it for 4 months and now has about 9200 miles of fun on the odometer. We have taken it on three driving trips without a hitch. Fun to drive, comfortable and always gets comments. Yellow with Yellow and Black interior probably helps. I have become HUSBAND OF THE CENTURY with this present."

Pros: "Top down weather is the Thunderbirds best time!"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"T-Bird that loves the open road, 24 MPG with 50.000 miles! Easy to clean and take care of. The roof comes off easy and not hard to put on. Origonal tires lasted 30,000 and the exact replacement I hope will last as long. The rear supension is great for handling with coil springs and a half shaft non traction rear end! disapointed, traction control done with braking spinning tire, bummer!"
