Pros: "fun, sporty, reliable, perfect for 2 people"

Cons: "only 2 cup holders, no back seat room"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"This car has been amazing... it has yet to have any major issue. It's even more amazing considering it is a rebuilt title. I love this car. Its easy to get in and out of, just sporty enough to love to drive, but functional enough to drive everyday. The only issue is the back seat is not enough to offer to a guest. But for just me, I love it. Its now a 15 year old car, and doesn't leak, doesn't shake or any of that weirdness that normally accompanies an older car."

Pros: "Dependable and attractive."

Cons: "back seat is small, even for the minimum passenger"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"This was our second Mustang (first was new 1988 Mustange GT) and for our son in 2005 who was getting his license. It was a V6 and he loved it. A few years later, our daughter took it and drove it (hard) for four years. It is now ten years old and other than wear and tear (and a but of driver abuse and neglect) it is still a great car and has never given us an ounce of trouble. Our first was the same case and we hope the used 2012 Mustang she picked for her 20th birthday will be a solid!"

Pros: "lots of fun to drive"

Cons: "stiff ride over hard bumps"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"We bought this car at 20,000 miles. We've put 74,500 miles on it without having to spend any extra for major repairs. We had a new steering pump put on it and we maintain all of the tires, hoses, belts, etc as needed for quality continued service. It is a fantastic car that we will probably keep a very long time. And it is a lot of fun to drive even though it isn't a GT. It certainly has all of the power it needs for a quick drive in town, or on the highway. Lots of upfront room for a 6'4" guy like me. We took a 5000 mile trip in it one time and enjoyed every minute."

Pros: "acceleration, braking, torque curve, overall look"

Cons: "limited rear seat room"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9

"Unless you're a real car buff, a 2001 Bullitt in dark highland green could drive by you and you wouldn't even give it another glance. But for those of us gear-heads that know every nuance of every model, you would enjoy owning one of these. The Bullitt has the little stuff just right. The torque curve is much better than a GT, the cornering is much better than a GT. I personally like the lowered, no spoiler look. The interior is very similar to the original 1968, the growl of the exhaust is better, and one day if I ever decide (God forbid) to sell it, I will be able to get a lot more for it."

Pros: "Rising in value, looks, performance, economy."

Cons: "Tire wear, tough to align correctly."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"I have owned this car for 6 years and it only had 7,900 miles on it when I purchased it. This was my daily driver for 4 years and I put 30,000 miles on it. Now the car is a garage queen but it still sees its share of miles. The ride is what I love, it is so smooth and rides like a luxury car, not a sports car. I recently had it at Miami-Homestead Speedway and was running laps at 110/115 following the pace car. This car is awesome. The exhaust is loud for a stock exhaust system and it really comes alive when you give it the gas. I also had a new 1969 Torino Cobra with a 428 back in '69. This Cobra will be with me until I give it to my grand children. Ford hit the nail on the head with this one, speed and comfort in one package. The car is triple black and it looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. It gets lots of attention at car shows and most comments are favorable. The only negative issue I had was wheel alignment. Once the Ford zone rep and an engineer got involved it was straightened out and has not been an issue since. The IRS is what makes this car so awesome compared to the solid axle 'Stangs."

Pros: "fun to drive, plenty of power for the year"

Cons: "see below"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"can pound on it and never have it break EVER!!!! reliable gas is ok not the greatest. goes backwards and in circles in the snow with summer tires. I have problems don't take care of it (future project) take care of it will last a long time. drives like a muscle car handles like a champ. has lack of horse power and parts aren't easy to find as 99-00 mustangs were when ford was fixing the problems with the previous years and didn't get it quite right till 01."
