Pros: "You will be very impressed whith this purchase."

Cons: "The oil leak"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"I have had this truck for several years now. I have become disabled and its hard for me to mash the clutch. The only problem with this truck is it started leaking oil from around the pan. I have put new brake rotors and breaks. It also has a new radiator, new A/C, I put three our four new injectors in it, I have installed a high output program into the system, excellent by the way, I installed a new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing etc. This was not the cheap stuff. The clutch was for pulling and cost almost $1,000.00. The truck also has a universal ladder rack which cost $650.00. Fix the oil leak and It would not bother me to take off to California without a cell phone. I also put new tires on it awhile back so the front ones need rotated across. Thanks for the inquirey. Top of the line buy for someone who needs one."

"Bought this F350 Crewcab new, in 1996, and have made several trips across the country in it (California to New York and back), many times pulling a horse trailer or car hauler. Never had any problems on the road. With regular maintenance (oil & filter changes, etc...) it has been the most dependable pickup ever! With 330,000 miles, it still runs great! The only thing it really needs is a new tailgate. Ha!"

Pros: "Great mileage for this truck, best engine Ford!"

Cons: "Tailgate damage and some rust."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9

"I bought the truck to tow a 5th wheel camper and it was remarkable doing that. It has an in bed 5th wheel connector and got better mileage than I expected. With the camper, it got 11-12 mpg and without the camper 16-18 mpg. It has been serviced regularly, brakes including electric brake connector are good, and looks good as red with chrome running boards. It does have some rust and the tailgate is damaged but works. I have retired and no longer need the vehicle. You will enjoy this great working truck."

Pros: "260000 miles still running like new, price, towing"

Cons: "gas milage, not enough cup holders."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"our 1996 ford f350 dually 7.3 liter has been with us since 2001 and has been a great tow hauler and family truck. its towed three of our boats (21ft 26ft and 32ft) and our travel trailer (44ft) from panama city to key largo to Miami to ft laud, its never given us a days problem and was a great investment despite the gas milage of this pig. our dually is incredible and I'd recommend this to a friend over the 2000-2007 models because of the look and old turbo"
