overall rating 5 of 10rating detailsLikely to recommend this car? (1-10): 5
"My brand new F150 shakes, loses power and turns on the check engine light under hard acceleration. I brought the truck to the dealer to have it fixed. They said they found a computer issue that they fixed under warranty. But about 2 days after getting the truck back, and after about an hour long drive, the truck did the same thing. The truck is back at the dealer, but it's been sitting there for two days. This is actually 1 of 2 F150 pickups I own. The other truck I have has the 5.0L V8 with just a hair over 20k miles. It's been 100% reliable so far, but It's gas mileage isn't the greatest."

"My truck has been used for highway miles and for pulling a horse trailer. when everyone else got stuck on a trail ride my truck went right into 4 wheel drive and pulled right out of the mud! I love the comfort and the feel when I am driving my truck. I know that no matter what I am safe in my truck. gonna take alot for me to get rid of her!"

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 450

"Bought my new 2012 F150 during Ford end of year rebates. Love the room of the SuperCrew, and the rumble of the 5.0 V8. The on the go 4x4 feature is great up here in the Washington mountains. I am just getting it broke in, but am looking forward to owning this truck for a long time. I love the Sirius Satellite radio, and hands free blue tooth phone feature, all within arms length on the steering wheel. This has been the best selling pickup for the past 35 years for a reason - American made, American proud."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 22,300
overall rating 10 of 10rating detailsPros: "Power and quality"
Cons: "Mpg's could be a little better"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I believe if you drive one of these trucks you will love it. My 2000 F-150 had 197,500 miles when I traded it in on this one. The 2011 STX is so much more. Ford finally put power into their trucks. I have the 5.0. It sounds great, pulls great and is so smooth on the 6 speed transmission. I average 16-18 mpg around town and 19-20 hwy. The truck rides nice and has a very solid feel about it. You would never know that you are in a 4x4 with a trailer package. It rides nicer than some cars. The STX has just the right amount of equipment for me. I can tow 9700 lbs the way it is set up. You won't go wrong with this truck."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 10,000
overall rating 10 of 10rating detailsPros: "mpgs, power, hauling cap., styling, comfort, quiet"
Cons: "S/cab rear doors, sun visor extension"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"2012 F150 FX4 supercab with ecoboost. Have the off-road and tow package, navigation, backup cam, tailgate step and side steps. Not even a hint of a problem. Mileage was about 17.0 for the 1st 4K, then started improving. MPG now up to 18.5 overall and rising. Long trips through mountains and valleys, 75% hwy/ 25% city, is consistently 21 mpg. That's better than I got with my previous Tacoma V-6, 4WD. The 36 gallon tank = 700 mile radius, so I get best gas prices. It's quiet, ride is comfortable, and as others have said, it turns heads. I burn pellets for winter heat, and buy a ton at a time for savings. Fork lift drops the ton pallet in the back and I'm off. No problem. Bed load is 3100 lbs. Towing is 11,300! Added aftermarket Dual Liner bedliner, Extang folding bed cover, and DeeZee tailgate assist (an inexpensive add-on that lets the gate down gently). Totally awesome."
