"I own a Ford F-150 Lariat it has 300000 miles and still runs like a champ. Minor maintenance repairs... to be expected. Overall not bad. I love my truck. No complaints. I'll trade in my husband before I trade my truck. My name is Theresa and I approve this message!"

"I have owned this vehicle since new. After eleven years and 110,000 miles the only repair I have made was for the driver's side electronic mirror switch. I'm thankful for this truck's reliability and value. I look forward to providing a second review in another 100,000 miles."

"We bought this truck in 2005 with 95,000 miles on it and it needed new diff carrier bearings. I put them in and have had no trouble with it since. I have replaced all of the c.o.p.s with new MSD coils and it runs great. Very reliable. Mine is rated at 7700lbs and it has towed everything very well thats been behind it. I will keep this truck until I cant drive it anymore. Extremely pleased!!"

I owned and sold this car
Reason: to get a 4 cyl. truck for better gas mileage - My approximate mileage is 132,000
Pros: "Very reliable, good gas mileage for a V-8."
Cons: "Can't really think of any."
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I owned the 2002 F-150 v-8 Triton for 7 years, then sold it to get a smaller truck that got better gas mileage. I'm sorry that I sold it. I never had one problem with it. I never had to worry about fluid levels being low, it not starting, etc. That truck was so incredibly dependable and reliable, plus had ultimate power. After researching smaller trucks, I found that the F-150 got the same, if not better gas mileage than the V-6 Rangers, S-10's and Toyota Tacoma's. Plus, it has the luxury and smooth ride of a Cadillac. I'd buy the same truck, all over again."
